Customer support with Mailchimp is comprehensive and easy using their chat feature. I had an issue connecting my Shopify store and my assistant Marz was supremely helpful, walking me through every step of the process. Even when we got disconnected, by simply typing their name into the chat I was immediately reconnected and didn't have to explain my issue again to another agent. While it took some time, Marz stuck with me the whole time, and made the process less confusing. Won't hesitate to reach out for support in the future.
Jean helped me with logging in, was a very simple task but she took her time to help me and was very kind and patience! So great customer service!
Good app, simple to use, and great support. We had problems with our embedded form not updating customers' tags, Sher from their support team was very resourceful and helped us resolved the issue
The app is pretty simplistic but has the features we need. Joanne was helpful and timely in addressing my issue and looking into it.
David is helpful, we weren't able to fix my issue but he said he would escalate it further.

I've been using this app and it's very easy to navigate but I had issues with the integration of the app and my online store but i had a very good experience with customer support (Sher). I'm hoping for smooth workflow from here on in.
