All seems working fine, glad to have found a quick or free solution to the shopify/mailchimp issue. Easy to install and setup. No problem so far and will update my review if things change.

Transition from mailchimp app on my shopify store to bridging it with shopsync once shopify stopped supporting mailchimp was seamless

This app has worked so well thus far. Kudos to the developers.. keep up the great work. I was so scared after MailChimp parted ways with Shopify. But you guys just saved the day.

Only a few days in but can't believe how simple this app has been. Everything seems to be working smoothly and connecting properly. If only Shopify could have advised its customers that all they needed to do was install this to keep everything working, things would have been much simpler.

Installed this app based on the Mailchimp instructions and I have to say it works very well. The dashboard actually provides a bit more info than the previous Shopify app and the integration is doing what it says it should. Thank you for providing a neat solution to the MailChimp / Shopify issue.

I am going to beg everyone to take a closer look at your data after installing this app. I have had quite spotty performance with ShopSync over the past 5-7 days. The initial install was seamless with all data syncing just fine. No problems with the baseline — the problem is going forward. I am using a plain-vanilla install of the Debut theme. The vast majority of my new subscribers are not porting to Mailchimp and there is just no rhyme or reason that I can discern with respect to which new subscribers will sync and which will not. In an effort to fix the problem, I uninstalled the app and re-installed it more than once between March 21 and March 25. On March 27 I had to force resync to get my new subscribers to move over to my list in MailChimp. However, all data for a test purchase through the Shopify site did port to Mailchimp just fine as well as data from a real purchase just today. On March 28, 71% of my new subscribers did not sync to Mailchimp. Today, March 29, over 60% of my new subscribers have not synced to Mailchimp. If the sync is supposed to be running continuously in the background, it does not seem to be working for me.

I use this app to send out welcome letters to my subscribers and it’s never sync. Out of about 50 subscribers only 4 emails went out. To me it’s no point in having the app

A great way of syncing your data to and from Mailchimp! I had a few issues and the customer service team fixed it up in no time!

Smooth and easy transition. No issues. Glad I'm still able to use Mailchimp after all. Thank you ShopSync. Haven't been able to test all features yet except for Mailchimp integration and Discount Code sync which is why I only rated 4 stars but pretty sure I'll be giving it 5 stars once I have had a chance :-)
