This app is so easy to use and does exactly what it says! No work from my end needed! Would definetly recommend to anyone wanting to sync contacts to mailchimp. Love it.

This app is great! So far I like it. I use it to integrate my MailChimp account with my Shopify store since the Mailchimp app isn’t offered on the Shopify app store anymore

It is an excellent tool for help. Very handy to use with several useful options that help in selling products. It is a must have for having a store.

Used to be good and for a great price, but have continuously increased the pricing so that they are now one of the most expensive for fewer extras than their competitors. Have been with Mailchimp for over 7 years, but the last price hike was one too many I'm afraid. Now moving to another company!

If you’re looking to lower your price, we encourage you to review your current plan type, contact tier, and audience size to determine if it’s bigger than you need. You can try re-engaging inactive subscribed contacts and archiving those who don’t respond. This may reduce the number of contacts in your billable audience, allowing for a smaller contact tier, which will reduce your monthly price.

I seem to have lost the majority of my subscribers since this change was made. This needs fixing asap and it's not good enough.

I was using Mailchimp for 3 years with no issues up until today. Like normal, I scheduled a campaign last night with my correct number of subscribers and this morning my campaign delivered to only a fraction of my subbies because 1,200 subscribers had been deleted by Mailchimp. What is going on? This is the busiest shopping season of the year--Can someone at Mailchimp reverse this error?

Hi Wraps Adorn, thanks for your patience while we researched your comments. By chance, did you have the old (Legacy) Mailchimp for Shopify app installed previously? If so, and it was deleted recently, that would've caused data to be "deleted" in Mailchimp. We realize the inconvenience and frustration this has caused and have made an update to the legacy application to eliminate this behavior going forward.

The good news is that resyncing your store should fix any missing data. We'll grab your customer's order information and opt-in preference and sync them with your Audience. Follow this guideline for set up: https://mailchimp.com/help/connect-shopify/. Please reach out to our support team anytime if you see anything different after a resync is completed and we will be happy to help!
