So far the transition has been smooth and reliable. Thank you for giving us the ability to keep our contacts from MailChimp.
Works great! And was very easy to install. (A great way to get around the Shopify/Mailchimp non-coorporation.)
No complaints here - did the job of moving the 200K customer list post Mailchimp-Shopify breakup without issue. Just recently cleaned up the customer list and using the forced synch feature to repoint the new list. We reached out for support and got the usually pay request but also a quick note on how to do the reset - that shows they care - worth the 5 stars. For what it's worth I would have paid $50 or so for the functionality to migrate way back when. Paying a monthly fee is a bit unnecessary since we've only used it 2x. Maybe a one-time support fee ask - you guys deserve it.
So far, the set up and integration was super easy. I was able to connect Shopify store with my Mailchimp mail list and sync quickly.

Hi my pop up form doesn't have an X in the top right corner? So it just sits there obscuring the view for my customers.....I have tried editing it but it just cannot be dismissed
It does show on mobile phone but not browser from a computer. So frustrating as I have linked my customers. I was told that it was because of the Shopify 2.0? But shouldn't an app for Shopify integration be across the board regardless? I feel I have lost customers using a browser as the pop up cannot be dismissed

Thanks for your review and feedback. We certainly understand how the popup form behavior as described is not ideal for merchants and customers alike. We do have a workaround that can be put in place while we work to resolve this issue. We've reached out via email with the full details on how to do so but essentially it involves adding some css to the theme code to make the X display again as it was hidden due to some code changes in the default Shopify themes.
Quite a frustrating experience when things like this happen - but ShopSync appears to have squashed a few of those issues. It has only been a couple of days, but after some tinkering, it appears everything is running almost as it was (with the exception of the abandon cart flows - only one will work after the transition)
Hopefully, everything continues to run smoothly as planned.
ShopSync makes it easy to sync my Shopify store to MailChimp. Switched to ShopSync after Shopify and MailChimp had a falling out. The ShopSync support team is always responsive to requests and a joy to work with.
Works very well (and love that it is free!) It was easy to follow the instructions and install. Thank you!
Works well for us, we have had NO problems with it since Mailchimp stopped syncing directly with Shopify.
