Mailchimp Email SMS Marketing

Top tier customer support when you need help. I am using integrations, automations and a few other features to generate a customer engagement level that will give us a competitive advantage. Thanks MailChimp and the support team for making this investment pay off.

Customer support with Mailchimp is comprehensive and easy using their chat feature. I had an issue connecting my Shopify store and my assistant Marz was supremely helpful, walking me through every step of the process. Even when we got disconnected, by simply typing their name into the chat I was immediately reconnected and didn't have to explain my issue again to another agent. While it took some time, Marz stuck with me the whole time, and made the process less confusing. Won't hesitate to reach out for support in the future.

I had a really helpful support session with Nadz while setting up SMS sync between Shopify and Mailchimp.

I was confused about why my SMS subscribers weren’t appearing in Mailchimp, even though they were opted in within Shopify. Nadz clearly explained how SMS consent works, why the sync wasn’t happening automatically, and the difference between phone numbers and actual SMS-marketing consent inside Mailchimp. She walked me through the correct process and clarified how to properly collect opt-ins using Mailchimp SMS forms.

This integration is a gamechanger for our business. Pulling in order data, new subscribers, etc. has been a huge uplift. We have hundreds of thousands of subscribers. Recently, the integration starting having some issues, but the integration support team - in particular Juvy, Seph, Cyrus, and others - stuck with us to troubleshoot and make sure everything got back up and working. App is great for email marketing using your customer data from Shopify. Had a sync issue but the support was really helpful and got me back up and running correctly. Rhedd from the support team was excellent!

Today I had to reach out to support regarding an issue. I must admit it was a pleasant experience. I was assigned Rhedd to help me guide through the steps. I was able to share my issue, get it raised in a ticket and got immediate support from the dev/technical teams all on a chat. Mailchimp is seriously raising bars for customer support.

I was having trouble with my Mailchimp integration. Revenue wasn’t being recorded correctly, and my email manager was running into issues while trying to work with segments and integrations.

I reached out to Mailchimp support through the app and was connected with an integration specialist named Mary. She was incredibly helpful and quickly identified that our integration wasn’t set up properly. She guided us through disconnecting and reconnecting the app, and that fixed everything.
