App does not sync with orders or customers at all, shows $0 despite that not being accurate so it erroneously segments users i.e sending discount to people who have already purchased and abandoned carts to users who have already completed them. Support requested full admin instead of the usual contributor account to diagnose the issue. HUGE game breaking issues with the Shopify integration despite it being a GREAT email builder with a fantastic iOS app. UPDATE: Support has reached out. Currently working with mailerlite support. Will update with details.

If zero stars were possible !!!! Stopped my website working. Stopped hyperlinks working. After trial period finished ecommerce connection to my shop disappeared and no product sync. Not only is there no support on the free plan there is absolutely no way to contact anyone at all!!! Totally unexceptable.. You get referred to their 'Knowledge Base' but no one responds their either. Spent ages setting up templates etc but now none work. Total waste of 6 weeks trying to get it to work.
App is useless. It does not pull up previous Shopify orders and even when new orders come in, some of the data does not show up. I ended up paying for the paid plans for it thinking it would pull up my data. I never used it. Asked for a refund, they did not do anything about it. Really disappointed.
I quite like this app. I have used other email apps (one that works better) and one that didn't work very well. I would say this one is about middle of the road, when it comes to integration with Shopify.
We've used other mail clients before with better integrations for Shopify. This integrations seems pretty basic and we haven't got everything to actually work. But we still love MailerLite even though this integration could be better
While the contact list is synchronized with the Shopify customer list, the only information that is passed through is the email address and the date the contact subscribed. That limits what you can do within MailerLite.
I read the horrible reviews before I installed the app. I was hoping I would have a better experience. Nope, not at all. Customer service is bad. I've been trying to get this app to work for 2 weeks. When someone from support would reply, they would keep repeating the same sh*t to me over and over as if it was my first time emailing them about the issues. In my last attempt to get help, they never replied at all. I gave up and uninstalled the app. I'm shocked Shopify hasn't removed this app from its platform. JESUS CHRIST ON A MOTORBIKE
Update to the below review 12/9/22. I heard literally nothing back from mailerlite from the support request I started in this app. So I started a ticket through their website and after two back and forths where I submitted a PDF of step by step what wasn't working, I got total radio silence. I submitted another ticket, but at this point I'll be looking for another e-mail provider after years of using them. Just don't bother. There are better services.
I've been a mailerlite customer for years, but the app absolutely refuses to sync with shopify. I can log in fine to MailerLite on their website, but when I try to log in to connect the app to my store it tells me that there is no user with my e-mail address (which I did type in correctly). I'll gladly update my review if it starts working properly before I get a new e-mail provider that does integrate properly.
Account termination notice - Can you please explain how I violated your Terms of Service? I use Shopify integration and use your drag and drop template to drag in the content to send my customer base. I haven’t mailed anyone for over a year so I have sent it to my full customer base for users to unsub should they wish of which only a small amount unsubscribed. I do not understand the suspension of my account and have not spammed anyone. I can prove customer creation of any customer email address in my list and there have been 0 spam complaints on my dashboard. I have checked your knowledge base with no result and no way to talk to anyone on a live chat.
