Great value, excellent features for the price. Customer service is quick and helpful and any issues have been worked out quickly.
App does not sync with orders.
I don't know what it depends on but there is no synchronization with shopify that is different from a new registered user
I would give the app a higher rating if it worked, which it does not. It appears to create a sub-account within my existing and paid mailerlite account and although Mailerlite instructions indicate to enter the API address during the integration process, that option does not appear.
I do not know if they released this without testing and verification, that's what it appears like to me and I have decades of software development, testing, and launch experience. If I ever do get this to work properly I'll update my review.
App doesn't work, doesn't connect to store. Wasted my money paying for an account which was supposed to come with 24/7 support - who have not responded to my numerous messages about it. Now trying to get my money back and will stick with Kalyivo!

I spent some time setting up the account, and answering some complex questions. Suddenly MailerLite kicks me out, and I get this email: "Email marketing has many rules and regulations that both our customers and we must follow. Therefore, we closely review every application to ensure compliance. Your request has been carefully reviewed. It has been determined that we are unable to provide you with our services at this time. We are sorry we are not the right match for your email marketing needs. Due to the complexity of our account request process and the high volume of requests received daily, we can't provide detailed information about individual cases. Please note that the decision can not be reversed." I have no clue what happened, and as you all can see, I can’t expect to get any help from Mailerlite either.

Poor support, app is complicated not merchant friendly.
I connected this app a few days ago and I hadn't enabled the app in my app embedder so I thought it wasn't working. Chat support connected in minutes and my issue was sorted within 10 minutes and I was up and running adding my shopify produts into my emails. Happy days
Panagiotis was amazing! He helped me resolve my pop up issue on my website and create the proper spacing for it. Thank you Pana for all your help. You made my year!!!
Just starting out, and although it's quite confusing for a newbie, I've found the chat support to be excellent, and I'm getting there slowly!!
The worse thing about this app is the dishonesty from Mailerlite. So many things don't work as communicated - blatent lies. This app should be completely removed for false claims.
From a technical perspective, In my case, the most important feature was commerce automation. If that's something you're looking for, don't even bother. Also, the blog CSS feature doesn't work.
But again, the problem is no one at this company is honest about about it. The customer service team is so "friendly" that it feels heartless. They waste your time having you do a bunch of stuff that doesn't work when they know that their system is trash. I highly recommend not using Mailerlite!
The integration works properly for us, we didn't have any major issues with it so far and the minor ones got resolved quickly.
This app for the integration does not work at all so no matter the benefits and great plans that led me to want to choose Mailerlite I have to move along ... and based on the app reviews it more like a sprint... Such a pity.
The integration was simple and works quite well. The issues I have result from Mailerlite in itself affecting connecting the store as well, from Mailerlite's major bug of things crashing or going offline whenever something changes in the account (my website went offline along with all my landing pages and my store connection more than once, and no one bothered to tell me), and so on. I wish they would fix this, and things like the countdown that is not working well and I do not have the time to work in contacting support endlessly. So those are my experiences.

Abandoned cart wasn't working when I first signed on -- had a ticket opened with them for months until resolved.
You can do a lot with what it offers, but the UI/UX feels very different from popular ESPs, so if you're migrating from others there's a learning curve. I've migrated between different ESPs before for other clients/companies and the learning curve was seamless because they had similar UI/UX.
E-commerce features are severely lacking compared to competitors. Some good features though, like a built-in countdown timer, good availability of fonts. Overall good for a blog, simple store or business webpage.
If you're looking for something more sophisticated, this is not a good choice.

I got a recommendation from a friend for Mailer Lite who's very happy with everything. Thus, I was pretty much surprised about the rating here, but I tried! And I can only say, it works perfect! Even I find it much more user-friendly than Convertkit or Flodesk. Also the templates are really nice. Flow automation runs super smooth! Pricing is very fair, especially for starters. Support (finding: I overlooked to save ) via chat was lovely, fast and professional!
We Tried to use Mailerlite. We wanted a system in which we could send Plant Care requirements to customers automatically. Apparently, this could be done however after being passed around from employee to employee and never recieving much help from each it feels like they just aren't sure of the capabilities of their own app? It's very odd however the support was very unhelpful and after i believe being passed to the 6th different support employee i think it's time we gave this review. Just use another app and someone else and save yourself the time. Very disapointing.

We totally understand that going back and forth feels like you're a ping-pong ball, and that's not the intention we want to give out. I see one of our colleagues went on holiday while assisting your ticket. Since we have a 24/7 support system, we want to try to find a solution and get back to you as fast as possible and so other members will pick up your ticket when someone has stopped working. But, this is something we can learn from and improve, so thank you for this!
