The tags are not working properly. Automations not sending due to tags not working. I contacted support and have been waiting 3 weeks for a resolution.
Does not even begin to work. After integrating shopify and Mailerlite together, there's no options to do anything on the shopify app besides create groups, and when I try to setup an automation, it says that "An e-commerce store must be connected to your account. Configure", which just sends me into a loop that does nothing. Submitted a support ticket and received no reply.
Sorry, you get no stars for an app that doesn't function.
We've paid over $200 to MailerLite for our subscription, and we migrated our subscribers from Mailchimp.
We've completed the configuration, compliance, domain authentication, etc., yet after sending out our first campaign today, our account has been blocked and "Placed under review".
We've only used 10,000 of our UNLIMITED monthly emails and 10,000 of our 15,000 allowed subscribers.
They've blocked me from contacting customer support, as it requires us to submit it from our logged-in account page.
I also can't delete my account or manage it in any way. So what now?
