This is super easy to use and get going right away. There are no hidden fees, which is awesome. The customer service is friendly. I use the free version but will move to the paid version soon for the upgraded features. I like this app because it has a free version you can use for as long as you need and see what would fit you best. They aren't pushy like sumo or some of the other companies. They are chilled out and easy to handle. 5 stars for sure!
The only thing I would really really like is if they didn't make the customer (my customers) put in their email address for everything. Some of the stuff I want to do would look better if I didn't ask for the emails of everyone. I would actually pay for the feature of not asking for emails. Maybe they make their money by collecting everyones emails and selling them, haha!
Anyway, try this app- its nice.
The "Oauth error invalid_request: The redirect_uri is not whitelisted" seems to have been fixed.
Good app, easy to set up, does what it's supposed to do with style.
However, the collected e-mail addresses are a pain to sync with Shopify's in-built customer database, which doesn't recognise MailMunch's exported CSV. So you have to enter them all manually.
Exactly what I was looking for. Easy email capture. Easy setup. Thank you for making it simple for a novice like me!

Great app. Offers option of scrollbox which is way better for user experience than popup.
Cool software but would like to see a support chat button to get instant help.
Good customer service. An agent got on a zoom call with me when I couldn't manage on my own and walked me through the entire process.

Takes forever for a service staff to answer a question. Long waiting process, not cheap pricing and awful support decoument.
Hi, Extremely sorry for the inconvenience. I looked up your support history and last request received was on November 12 which was replied to and resolved shortly after. I have not received any support request for this store following that support request. Can you please create a support ticket with us through your MailMunch account so I can have it looked into and resolved for you?
I have just installed this app and as such my review is not about functionality but about the features offered. I love that i can fully customize the tabs on this pop up. That is, changing the colours and adding a first and last name fields. Transitioning through the set up was a simple and quick process. There is an integration feature which i love, however i am currently unable to use and will address that in future and best of all this app allows you to add a customizable automatic email responder upon subscription. This is the best email pop up app based on features on the FREE plan that i have tried so far. However, as i said before i just installed so haven't had utility of it yet.
It's a good app and easy to manage!
