I'm on free plan. It did capture emails more than some paid plan. I really love to use it. Moreover, the plan is not basing on how many session that one site has.

So far I've been using MailMunch for exit intent popups and incentives with the goal of increasing sales activity. While our site offers a range of resin jewelry supplies, our starter kit was getting lots of views that weren't turning into sales. Learning this was due to confusion and questions about what was in the kit and the value, I added a form using MailMunch. Does everything you need it to do. Easy to customise and integrate into your store. Great support from the team. We had an additional feature that we needed for our store so they updated the app!
