Takes forever for a service staff to answer a question. Long waiting process, not cheap pricing and awful support decoument.
Hi, Extremely sorry for the inconvenience. I looked up your support history and last request received was on November 12 which was replied to and resolved shortly after. I have not received any support request for this store following that support request. Can you please create a support ticket with us through your MailMunch account so I can have it looked into and resolved for you?
I have just installed this app and as such my review is not about functionality but about the features offered. I love that i can fully customize the tabs on this pop up. That is, changing the colours and adding a first and last name fields. Transitioning through the set up was a simple and quick process. There is an integration feature which i love, however i am currently unable to use and will address that in future and best of all this app allows you to add a customizable automatic email responder upon subscription. This is the best email pop up app based on features on the FREE plan that i have tried so far. However, as i said before i just installed so haven't had utility of it yet.
love it! amazingly easy. i have the free version and will definitely upgrade. love not being pressured and to learn and feel comfortable at my own pace to grow with it. already have email subscribers--now on to the forms and landing pages!

It's a good app and easy to manage!
Very good, I'm currently only using the free version to begin with BUT so far it does what I want, it's easy to use and looks professional. After trying 2 other frustrating apps previously this one is much better!
I just started using it, so I'll give the 5 star rating after a few days I'm sure!
This app is really easy to use and customize. There are a fair amount of customization options even with the free account. It does exactly what I need it to. I am really enjoying it so far and will likely upgrade as my business grows.

Really like this app and especially the way it syncs with shopify customer list. Not many apps do this automatically so it's great. Thank you

This by far is the best email collector on the market.
very nice interface - wish there were more free themes of course, but I'm definitely interested in upgrading to nicer premium themes once things (hopefully) start to pick up. Very easy to set up, the walk-thru is very user-friendly even for idiots like myself!
