I'm on free plan. It did capture emails more than some paid plan. I really love to use it. Moreover, the plan is not basing on how many session that one site has.

So far I've been using MailMunch for exit intent popups and incentives with the goal of increasing sales activity. While our site offers a range of resin jewelry supplies, our starter kit was getting lots of views that weren't turning into sales. Easy to use, and really clear, never had to use customer support but only got good reviews about it. Very useful.
