Easy to set up. I use the bottom bar permanently, plus other pop ups on pages. Can customise colours, font etc and layout. Integrated easy with Mailchimp.

This is my third time updating my review. First of all, the app is great, looks pretty clean on my store (https://hubbiq.com/) and functions the way it is supposed to. However, it suddenly refused to open after I created my first automated email. I contacted their support, it was taking a while to get a response so I contacted Shopify support and Ram helped me create a ticket. Then Liz got to work on the issue and now everything works perfectly. I am so happy with them! I absolutely recommend this app, it's worth adding to your store.

THIS IS SERIOUSLY THE BEST EMAIL POPUP/FORM APP IN SHOPIFY. The support is amazing--the app is surprisingly robust and very flexible. Worth it many times over!
Actually I find this App and the templates cumbersome. The Support is rather slow when you are having an issue. I signed up for 1 year, but have just realized that people from ecomm get uploaded to mail munch list BUT people who want to be added to my mail lists from my Shopify Point of Sale are NOT added. So if you think this happens it does not. A biz like this should have live chat and they only have a bot! I am losing business and waiting for help in frustration.
Hi Poochie Moochie Pet Store West Edmonton, I apologize for any inconvenience you had to face. We do have a live chat option available for all our customers. I looked up your support history and your chat was promptly addressed. All the customers added to your store from any store are synced with your Mailmunch account. The sync option for your store was actually toggled off from your Mailmunch account which caused this issue. Your support request was responded to with a solution and multiple followups were sent as well seeking confirmation if the issue has been resolved for you or not.
If you are still facing any issues, please let me know and i will have it looked into on priority basis.
So far I've been using MailMunch for exit intent popups and incentives with the goal of increasing sales activity. While our site offers a range of resin jewelry supplies, our starter kit was getting lots of views that weren't turning into sales. Over the past 15 days, mailmunch twice disabled the emails of messages, there is no support on weekends. Both outages resulted in a loss of sales and customer confidence.
Updated! Even on Monday, no answers from support.
