great app, started using it, waiting for it to start Hunting Emails lol
The forms are easy to create. However, if you select the incorrect form, you can't just click to change it. You'll have to start over. Customer support is SLLLOOWWWW! Sometimes it takes me 2 days to get a response of which by that time, I may have already dug around the interwebs for an answer from someone else. If they speed up service, this would be a 4. They don't let you do much for a low monthly cost, so a 5 is out of reach.
This is a great app. It was really easy to set up. I'll recommend it.

Awesome so far! I decided to go with the Banner instead of the pop-up. I feel that it will be less annoying to customers and I prefer simple content! So far so good!
I made an account 2 years ago during a free trial, never really used it, and for the past several weeks, you've been sending me non-stop emails about how my account is going to be deleted for inactivity. Just do it already. Nobody needs 20 emails about it.
