I signed up to Maisie as I wanted to automate a lot of my customer service. I was getting lots of the same questions from customers and it was taking too much time to write emails back to them all. Now Maisie answers a lot of these questions automatically for me. The real-time order tracking saves me a lot of time as customers can get shipping updates via the Maisie order status bot so I don't have to deal with it.
Tried several chatbots but found Maisie the easiest to set up. It has lots of pre-built conversation templates that you can quickly customize to your store. It also automatically pulls in my store's product catalog so I can quickly add products to any conversation. Also I found their chatbot builder really easy to use - other apps use a canvas that I found too difficult and confusing for building conversation flows. The Maisie team has been really quick and helpful with providing support.
