I love the app, especially the concept. I have it to where a little popup window appears once your mouse leaves the main area to prompt my visitors to make an offer. I would definitely recommend that there be an automated email sent to customer that make an offer on the website. In the meantime, I think I am going to utilize mail chimp to make it appear professional. It would also be nice if the app auto adjust to the offer for that particular customer rather than me having to change the price on my store or create individual discounts. Thank you! (:
I'm revising my previous feedback, as my initial feedback was driven by my own misunderstanding of the app. Uzair from the company reached out to me through email, and we set up a phone call for today, which we just ended. He explained some things things that I misunderstood, and I shared some of my own ideas as well. I appreciate him reaching out to one of his customers to clarify any issues.
So the app works pretty great overall. It has the options to automatically accept or decline offers at a certain percentage, or automatically counter offers. It also has the option to manually counter. Customers can only make one offer on an item within a 24 hour period. My main grievance would be that there's no option to customize the time as to when the "offer" option pops up on the product page, which is about 5 or so seconds. This is way too fast, and doesn't give the customer the chance to browse through the photos, or read the product description before deciding whether or not they'd have paid full price or considered sending an offer. Overall, I'd give it 4 or 4.5 stars. If/when they add the option to customize the offer pop-up time, I'd probably give it 5 stars.
I installed this about 2 weeks ago. After a few days, I got two offers. It was quiet for a while and then in recent days I got 2 more offers. Though I still see some people come and check it out and leave, so far, of those who have made an offer, when I counter back with something more reasonable, they seem to take it. I don't know in the long term how it affects my bottom line, but when just starting out, it's a great way to get sales in and a great way to not publicize really large discount prices. I decided to move my prices up because it didn't seem to affect sales either way but Make an Offer is a way to offer discounts to customers who wouldn't buy even at my low prices. it's your own decision if that is a smart move but it has helped to sell, bring in some $, and prevent me from constantly offering discounts. Sometimes offering discount coupons and publicizing them can also hurt your brand.
Overall I am happy with this app. However I would be even more happy to read the SKU when I am receiving the offer on an item.
Great app, It allows customers a flexible price and the ability to save a few bucks, which means a lot to many people.
Great idea , maybe could you app be quickly , every time request login to reply, it should be predicted. Maybe suggest to costumer range price

Have been using Make An Offer for a month now and had a few small problems along the way but the support has been great and they are looking at suggestions I've made to increase the functionality.
This is also a good way to get around MAPP pricing since you are making a special quote to your customer.
Make An Offer has great potential to increase your sales.
Magical Make an Offer is by far the best "make offer" application available. I love that I can customize the offer templates and outgoing messages to fit the needs of my store. Customer service is top notch as I had received quick responses and recommendations how to improve the customer's experience. Great application overall!
I've used this app for several years. Its a good app but it has coding issues every few months. I've seen them change rates recently and havent responded to my emails for two days.
