I had a very poor business experience with them. I negotiating with them to switch from my current carrier, everything was going well and I had spent a lot of time on the negotiation. I signup based on what we negotiated to find out the sent me a higher pricing than our original agreement, which I did not check. I had never had this happen and would not think they would do a swatch and bat. They are very hard to deal with, after all the back and forth we had. I had to go back on all the emails to find the pricing that I had and contacted them to fix it but they stop replaying to my emails. This was surprising, so i called again and asked fix it but they stated it is this rate and if i dont like it too bad. That was pure waist of time and very bad business practices. i found a better company cheaper so work out i guess.
