We’re a small family business, and honestly, this whole experience has been really frustrating. Our CPA tried to find any info on Managemate and their team but came up with nothing. So my son reached out to their support, and they actually told us they “prefer to remain anonymous.”
How does that make any sense? You expect me to trust an app with our payroll, staff, and Shopify data, but you won’t even say who’s behind it? That’s just shady.
Really disappointed and honestly a bit shocked. No way I’d trust this app with our business.

Managemate is a great POS app. It has really good features and the customer service is awesome. The team is super helpful and always there when you need something. What I love most is their commission setup. I was looking at a few POS companies that offer commission structures, and Managemate was the only one that gave me exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend it!
