In the beginning I believe their team was going through through some changes in positions of staff so getting started took quite some time but when they were working with us it was very seamless. Once we signed up the team dedicated time to us regularly and quickly responded and resolved all issues and concerns. Manifest has definitely increased our sales and AOV. It has freed up our live chat agent by 95% as well. We're very happy thus far and look forward to seeing the future and growth for our brand.

Great platform, it does a good job helping reducing the workload from our team, it's not yet perfect but it's good enough to use. The team has been very, very helpful with accommodating all of our request requests and our is committed to improving the platform constantly. So far, we are pleased with it.

Manifest AI has been a great addition to our site. There are some minor issues that we would like to see resolved and the Manifest AI team has been very responsive with any questions and feature requests.

Amazing app that is transforming our DTC site. we have a very nuanced product line that generates complex questions from new customers. after training the chatbot on our company and products, we are amazed at the quality of information and customer service it is providing. one of our biggest concerns in scaling our DTC site was our ability to manage customer service and looks like this is the solution. In addition to the quality of the app the responsiveness of their team and in helping us through some initial questions has been excellent. I am absolutely amazed at some of the reviews complaining about the high cost. The cost of this app is minimal compared to what it delivers.

Not sure what is going on with the MANIFEST APP integration - it says FREE on the Shopify app marketplace... But it directed me to make a "Paid Plan" selection before I could publish or test anything? There is a 14 day free trial mentioned - but if I select a "Paid Plan" it says it is applied straight away, so it is not clear if we will get to utilise the trial period.
There is actually no option of a FREE PLAN offered at all in an ongoing plan- that's fine, e-commerce website owners will pay for a good product that works well on their website !
I have uninstalled as I feel I am not getting what was offered.
