Wir sind begeistert und können nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen.
Man muss sich allerdings schon intensiv damit befassen. in 2 minuten ist das nicht getan

We’ve had a good experience using Manifest AI (Milo) on our Shopify store. The chatbot integrates well and helps customers navigate products quickly, which improves the overall shopping experience.

What stands out most is their support team. They are responsive, collaborative, and willing to work through custom logic requests with us.

There is still room to improve, but the team has been proactive in helping us refine the setup. Overall, it’s a strong tool backed by a team that stands behind their product.

Zero support. Completely ignored as a new customer.
We wanted to implement ManifestAI as the core AI solution for our e-commerce platform due to its promising features. Unfortunately, we couldn't even get it up and running. Our store meets every single requirement, yet we encountered issues during the setup. We reached out to their support team multiple times, but we were met with absolute silence. If a company ignores you before you even properly onboard, you cannot trust them to run a core part of your business. Extremely disappointing.
