Couldn't be happier with the App and Gautam Bagchi for helping us get everything synced and tested properly. Gautam made the whole process very easy and seamless, and his willingness to go above-and-beyond was awesome - he stayed up into the early hours to get us setup!!

Customer support is amazing for this app. Abandon cart was not syncing correctly and their support fixed it in 2 minutes. Great app - everything is pushed into SFMC easily!

We needed a solution to integrate Shopify with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and this app offered an easily solution. We encountered issues, reached out to the App Vendor for support and they worked tireless to diagnose our problem and resolved our issues before launch. App was simple to setup and sync to marketing cloud. Even with minor data sync'ing issues, the team is very responsive in helpful in fixing any problems. I spoke with Aishwarya who was very attentive and helpful.
