Shopify Marketplace Connect

I'm sure like many others we had to migrate from the free eBay app to a new option and we chose Codisto. The migration process was very simple and they had a lot of automation involved to re-link eBay listings back to your shopify products. Also, whenver I had a question they have a build in chat support that is very prompt and helpful. We are new to their platform and their are always areas to improve but we like it way better the the discontinued free eBay app.

Customer Service was on an issue I had in minutes and solved the problem very fast. Great support! More companies need to work like this.

The transition from Amazon By Codisto was seamless. The integration with eBay and Etsy is excellent, although it can be quite complex. The eBay template is functional, but the workflow can be somewhat confusing. I received timely customer support from Noel, which was appreciated. I am currently in the process of testing all the features, but so far, order and listing matching are functioning well. There is a slight delay in order synchronization from eBay, but overall, this is the only all-in-one app I could find that offers so many features.

Great app and offers all the details on how to list our products! Ariane offers great support for us! I really recommend it!

Codisto is necessary and essential in running your store smoothly. Easy to use, clear options and the best part is the customer support. I was lucky enough to receive assistance from ICE. This individual was polite, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, patient, pro-active and extremely courteous. I learnt so much from the chat and all my questions were answered, I had so many questions. Update - I returned to the customer support chat because once again I had more questions, this time I tried to figure it out for myself for approximately an hour. I wasn't comprehending so I clicked the chat and yes and yes It was ICE again and I've never been so happy to see ICE, well technically speaking to speak with ICE. I don't even like the snow, I am a lover of the spring and summer but this ICE is groundbreaking to say the least, phenomenal service, another effortless walk-through, he provided snapshots with instructions highlighted to follow. I mean listen I would let ICE run my company any day, pays attention to detail and the single most efficient individual. I have been made a Codisto Cloud believer. Thank you again and I apologize for the dramatic tone but I am so happy with the flawless support I received from ICE, twice. Cheers again. Update: Genner was amazing and one of the first reps I ever spoke to when I became a seller. Genner is knowledgeable and kind. Also very empathetic and compassionate which is really nice. A spectacular app ever made. We just switched to the Shopify from Magento 2.0 and felt a big relief and the transition has been looked after by CodistoTeam which was truly amazing, especially Noel.

The business operation becomes so easy, automated and time saver. Now we can amend the product details, price, pics etc with both major marketplace eBay and Amazon directly from one page.
