Shopify Marketplace Connect

I tried all of the Shopify to Ebay feed apps. This is by far the best: it's in a different league and the entry level package meets all my needs as someone who lists 200 products on a seasonal basis.
The interface is logical and packed with features which you can access all from the same screen. It is intuitive and easy to list lots of products at once, or customise titles/descriptions for Ebay. The template needed a little tweaking to get my logo right, but nothing difficult. It syncs in real time and is incredibly responsive to changes. I used to dread loading new products through the old feed app - it had an obsession with product mapping on products in the shopify store that you had no intention of listing and weren't loading. There was a refresh button that didn't update the sync and a rebuild button that did, but you had to do it all the time if you had made a change to a shopify product. As you were listing a couple of products in one (correctly mapped) category, it would give large error messages about other store products you hadn't even brought into the product listing area. It stopped allowing the customisation of descriptions within the app, so I had to write my shopify product descriptions as if they were going on Ebay. The template was basic, no variations, no useful vendor info included. Error messages EVERY time about Returns Policy even though mine is the default Ebay one. Error messages on every listing for photos if it included a supplier logo - as they are often less than 500px. Aghh, I hated it and the support couldn't care less and they hadn't improved the app in a year. If fact it got worse.
Now it takes a minute to list items and the support is fast. They actually answer the question you raise with accuracy and know their stuff.

I've been using this app for a couple of months now. It was easy to setup, and any questions I had were answered by support very quickly, even on a Saturday, which was very impressive. I use it to connect eBay and Amazon with my Shopify store. Stock is kept in sync across all platforms and my orders all come into Shopify for easy processing. A great app, if you need to do this in your store.

Customer service is amazing and very responsive. Jason helped me install the app and ensure all my product was syncing correctly. The app is great for large stores with heaps of SKUs and makes listing to eBay very easy.

I installed this app and struggled a bit with the settings. But thanks to great support and response time i was able to finally make everything work! Amazon & Ebay took a lot of time to set up as well but Codisto have great knowledge of these marketplaces so they could actually help me with the setting up on these places too.

Coming over from the world of Magento and M2E I needed a solution that would successfully keep everything in-sync.
It was the unreliability of the M2E app on Magento among other things that made me jump ship to Shopify, and we needed a solution that would continue to provide similar functionality.

At first, I found Codisto very confusing - it's a very different way of working for us than we were used to.
However, it's very well documented and the support is absolutely like nothing else I've ever experienced -- seriously, these guys have provided more help during my free trial than M2E ever could be bothered to muster.
They provide true 24/7 support and even coming across a couple of tricky issues that needed referral to the developers were resolved quickly, courteously and with a human touch.

Now after nearly a month of using the app I'm a total convert. For one thing, it actually works and hasn't missed a single order unlike M2E. Plus the advanced stock control features work very very well for quite a few of the items that we sell.

The other member of staff here that also works with products and listings picked up the new way of working very quickly.

I must admit that changing all our eBay templates was daunting, and tweaking it took a bit of effort. It seemed to slightly hit our sales while eBay reindexed our 70+ listings but things seem to be catching up again.
This small pain point is well worth it for the ease of keeping product descriptions and images up to date - any changes within Shopify are very quickly refreshed within eBay.

Price wise - well I'm still on the trial but considering just how powerful this tool is and how easy it makes it to manage multichannel sales I'd consider it one of the best value tools - there are quite a few out there that all take different approaches however I truly believe that Codisto Linq offers something different to the rest.

The fact that they have so many different, flexible pricing plans mean that no matter what your eBay trading and pricing strategy is you can get great value from this plugin. Some reviews say it's expensive but - we were on the free tier with M2E and honestly this plugin still provides much, much better value in terms of ease of use and the quality of support you get - providing decent support doesn't come cheap but it sure pays off for these guys.

Al principio me costo un poco de trabajo configurarla por un problema que yo tenía en mi cuenta de Amazon, pero afortunadamente el equipo de Codisto me ayudo a resolver el problema. Es muy fácil dar de alta los nuevos productos y sincronizar stock y reglas de precios.

Great App. I am just trying out but seems very helpful. Seems a good solution for stock handling between amazon, ebay and shopify. I hope the new listings function also works well.
