I started to use Codisto approx. two weeks ago and the support staff are very helpful and resolve my queries in timely manner. Moreover, the software is very easy to use and it will greatly help to manage my products and inventory. Happy customer.

*In response to the reply, Codisto seems to have a Donald Trump culture of blame everyone else but say they dont wish to enter the blame game. Again they maybe quick to reply but thats the only positive thing I can add. Awful just awful. Seemed to do the job for Amazon FBM on a small scale, appalling for ebay. Support team maybe be quick to reply but do not seem to understand how eBay works, they spend more time arguing points that do not matter rather than deal with the issues. Their 'fix' destroyed sales, their 'refix' completely shot a six figure turnover ebay shop. Perhaps I'm really unlucky but Codisto doesnt seem fit for purpose .

Ronel R. was the best!! He was patient with my delayed responses due to retail store traffic and followed thru with his promise to help. Of course, it has to be something simple on my part that I was unaware of but Ronel was very professional and understanding!! 11 out of 10 Stars!!

Great customer service. Very quick response to my issue and was resolved quickly. Also, the integration will eBay is intuitive and flexible, allowing me to add collections and adjust the eBay price accordingly.
