This app continues to get worse. At any given point, items will just stop syncing to ebay completely. Tile, pricing and inventory updates sometimes do not sync at all. As of now, we have had to reach out to customer support 6 or 7 days in a row for almost the same issues every time. Every time we reach out they say the same thing "we see the issue and it is fixed now". Then it works for a few hours, then stops working correctly again. I apparently have an open case that was escalated but there have been no updates. Yes, customer support chat is fast to reply, but when it doesn't result in the app being fixed, it hardly matters. We plant to compile our conversations and experience and submit a case to Shopify soon. We have lost money and a ton of time by using this app and we just want it to work. Again, I'll update this review if they ever get the app working correctly. For future users, note that this app is not ready for production if you have a large store with a lot of products. If you are seling a small amount, it should work for you but plan on doing a LOT of manual updates on your products and working with customer service nearly every day when syncing stops working.

I want to love this app, but it's painfully slow when using with ebay. I'll sometimes receive an order on ebay and it takes 40 minutes to an hour (or even more) before it syncs back to my Shopify store. If it's an item that is nearly sold out when this happens, the item sometimes sells out before the sync, causing it to be oversold. I've already had to cancel multiple ebay orders and refund customers due to this delay. Customer support blames ebay, ebay blames the Connect app. All I know is that if you chat with Connect support, they can manually force the sync and the orders magically show up. So if they can do that, then it's clearly something on this end, not on ebay's. There are also many listing fields that cannot be edited in mapping, such as Volume Pricing. Descriptions also do not float over on products, so I had to set a default one to post for all ebay listings. Long story short, this app COULD be great, but the slowness in syncing is causing me to look for alternatives. Or add a "manual sync" on the Orders page so we can force them to sync. Even as we speak, I have two orders on ebay that were pad for over an hour ago that still have not synced to shopify, one is now sold out, so I'll have to cancel and refund. So annoying! I'll update my review if they ever fix this.

Shopify took over Codisto and it was for my Walmart store. It's not even working. Can't even link 13,00 sku I have in Walmart. Why put out and app and it's not ready. Terrible

Incorrect inventory quantity on amazon leading to orders i cant fullfil plus it costed around 80$ in ebay insertion fees after i uninstalled it. My opinion it doesnt work properly
Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry you were left with the impression that the app was not working properly. The app only acted on the settings that were user driven.
The problem with your Amazon quantity was that you had set quantity to be 'Fixed=1' as opposed to using your Shopify quantity.
Codisto cannot create eBay listings (and cause related insertion fees where you don't have an eBay store subscription) when the app is not installed. All listings were created during the two occasions when you had the app installed.
Whilst it is rare for us to receive comments like yours, we are always looking to improve our in app messaging and user experience and will take your comments on board when developing improvements to how merchants can view their settings.
Scam Lost $99 if you close an account any unused portion of the current month in advance fee is forfeited This Company is a Scam! I close the account to after they charge me the month in advance $99.00 so next month will stop since I get no ROI I was thinking I can keep using the month I paid in advance. NO they forfeited.

We charge monthly in advance like the majority of service providers and it's clear in our terms and conditions that part refunds aren't provided for cancelltion prior to the end of the current month of use (again this is industry standard).

I wouldn't say that Codisto was perfect or a 5-star app, but Marketplace Connect should have never been released in the stage that it is currently in. I have attempted to submit ~5 new products with multiple variants to Amazon through Marketplace and haven't been successful once. There is always an issue and customer support just provides me with the error codes and no real solutions. The app can't find matching SKUs, variants aren't paired together on Amazon, and missing mapping fields cause errors but aren't updatable to name a few.

This app is very dangerous....i ve had my ebay acount for about 10 years.. and i have a 100% feedback and customer review.. with 5 stars..as soon as i added this app .. ebay suspended my acount. I lost thousands in sales.. this app is dangerous and the people who created it are liars and crooks. And the only reason i put one star for this app is because you cant submit your review without picking a star... do you see how crooked they are.. they deserve -10 stars.
Our app does not cause suspension of eBay accounts. We would not be able to run a business if this was the case. We have direct communication with eBay who inform us that their Trust and Safety team had some concerns with your account. They have reached out to you by phone (no answer) and email. Once you respond they will review your account suspension.
In the meantime, we ask that you amend or remove this review as it unfairly impacts our rating and inadvertently causes potential damage to other sellers looking to solve their multichannel problems.
The app totally sucks! Nothing is working. Authorization is constantly falling off. Do not use this app

DO NOT CONNECT TO YOUR ETSY SHOP! This app deleted (Not deactivated, not set to draft, deleted) several listings that were also my best sellers! I have spent many hours trying to sort it out. Short of a miracle from Shopify support, this will likely cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenue right as Q4 begins, possibly more. The Etsy marketplace ranking for these listings cannot be regained by simply creating another listing.
I wish I read the reviews first and saw the same has happened to other Etsy sellers. Learn from my mistake: DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP AND SYNC YOUR ETSY SHOP!

Support is very friendly but will not take any responsibility for any error. All the faults are users. This app is not capable to create proper ASIN, and it is not the fault of this App this is something user is doing mistake to upload the product.

We're sorry that you experienced problems with the app. But as mentioned via support, Amazon doesn't allow ASINs to be created if your GTIN (UPC/EAN) data in Shopify isn't in the correct format. For existing listings, Amazon will return the corresponding ASINs from matched GTINs in the Amazon catalog - Codisto does not control the GTIN/ASIN link - that is controlled by Amazon.
