I am updating my review after having been in touch with the support team. I was advised - "The categories you have set in Shopify is only for your Shopify store. That means you need to manually set the category on the app."
This is time consuming when you have over 2,500 products and have to manually set the category for each one.
Other than this issue the app works well and customer service (Jeffrey Avila specifically) is great at trying to help. Hopefully the category feature can be fixed somehow in the future.

I have to say the app does its job and the support team is there to help, however their instructions were very harmful for our business.
We asked two different times to two different support people if the application would respect the FREE LIMIT from ebay, so we could simply activate all items and let them sync.
They said yes not one, but twice. But a week later we encounter a 40€ payment and a 50€ payment from ebay. The limit was surpassed.
I believe not having the option to agree to surpass this free limit is a big hole on the implementation, and the terrible understanding of the support team was a tremendous let down for us.
i would greatly recommend not trusting their recommendations.
they also didnt take acountability from their mistake.

Not sure its worth it. Doesn't map fields with Etsy, so some of them don't get imported, others get imported wrong.
I'm not sure this was worth trying out.
tested a couple of trial listings on ebay, from my shopify store. seems promising. very helpful online support
I'm new to this stuff and encountered problems however I went on the Live Chat and had such an amazing experience. Such good customer service and resolved all my problems and provided extra tips to help me on my journey. Top Knotch, thankyou Ediline.
Can't give it a 5 yet as I've only been using for 4 hours but so far the service has been great and I think it will work out well.
Josh was very helpful throughout our chat and demonstrated quite a bit of patience as I fumbled around the website.
