Was always buggy and slow (as Codisto) but now its moved to Marketplace Connect the App is just awful and we have uninstalled as its just unusable.

UPDATE October 11, 2024:
DO NOT USE FOR AMAZON. YOU WILL REGRET IT! I have been using this app for a while, and I understand how it works pretty well. It's the most inconsistent piece of junk I have used. I cannot believe it's owned by Shopify. Here's why:
1. It's an absolute nightmare to list product with variations on Amazon. Items frequently get listed wrong with variations all split up for no apparent reason. I can have several items in the same category with the EXACT SAME settings, and not all of them get listed correctly. It's an inconsistency nightmare of having to remove offers from Amazon, delete ASINS, and re-list over and over until it works.
2. Inventory does not get synced when an order is created, only when it is fulfilled. That means if multiple sales come in a short span of time before you actually fulfill them, your stock will be out of wack and you will oversell.
UPDATE 11/24/24: A bug in the program has erased all the Amazon product category mapping/settings out of nowhere that I spent a lot of time customizing, affecting all my listings that has been previously working. Still the same bug from my previous update.
UPDATE 11/20/23: It's been several days since a bug in the program that affects apparel products has caused all of my listings disconnect. None of my Amazon listings work.
REVIEW: Powerful app, great customer support, but very difficult to use and full of bugs that break the app and cost you hours.
I was very excited about using this app to list my clothing products on Amazon. Sometimes this has worked well, but the problem is how difficult it is to use and all the bugs that keep popping up breaking things. When trying to list, there is a lot of hidden information about fields the app doesn't tell you about. You are not really guided on what fields are required, what fields are hidden or visible between the single and bulk edit mode. It’s impossible to list without the help of customer support, but they are there to help you and do a good job.

Amazon change, update and continually make it difficult for their merchants to list products. Our support team has extensive knowledge on most of the errors that Amazon returns and will always offer assistance until resolved.

This app dont running very performant, the support is horrible. All imports are not correct, and only random correct. If you contact the support you get only ***** answers what are not related to the issue.

I need to urgently address the appalling experience we've had with Shopify Marketplace Connect. If we could rate it with negative stars, we would, given the severe and persistent issues we've faced for over 60 days. Despite sending pictures as requested and reaching out for crucial support, the app has proven to be a travesty for any business owner relying on it.
Adding to our frustration, when Amazon.com sought a conversation with a developer from Shopify Marketplace Connect to address our concerns, the support team failed to facilitate this essential dialogue.
This starkly contrasts with our experience with Amazon support, which has been more proactive and willing to escalate our issue to their development team. The lack of progress in resolving this critical problem, despite having over 25 feedback emails detailing our support chat conversations, is nothing short of a business owner's nightmare. Listing our products on Amazon.com remains an unmet challenge, and Shopify Marketplace Connect has become more of a hindrance than an asset.
We're not seeking a plea; we demand an immediate fix. The current state of Shopify Marketplace Connect is unacceptable for any business owner relying on its functionality. Please allow us to post attachments and emails to illustrate the urgency and severity of the problem.
Your swift and decisive action in resolving these issues is imperative to salvage the credibility of Shopify Marketplace Connect for businesses like ours.

Major issue. App was randomly changing products listed on amazon with the wrong price. Products selling for hundreds of dollars less than they are meant to sell for. Tried talking to support multiple times and keep getting the same run around. I have been using this app for almost a year. Who knows how many times something sold for less then it was meant to be listed for and i missed it. The loss in income and incorrect sales i would have been better going with another option.
Rainier Salta has given the best service I could have possibly received. He was patient with the multitude of issues, help me understand the software and looked up the cases that my team had previously reported. He did he best to resolve his issues and helped me navigate the app and how difficult and complex it is.
5 stars for him. 10 stars if I could

This app is horrible and should never have been released in this condition. It's buggy and doesn't work. I have two tickets that have been escalated to the dev team and there is no ETA of a fix.
The app is also unnecessarily complicated, has terrible UX design. It has made my job very difficult, has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with technology. I will be looking into switching.
Please feel free to contact me, I would love to discuss this matter with whatever team rushed the release of something that was clearly not ready to be released as it doesn't work.

We have had so many merchants that have had a positive experience, it is disappointing to hear you have not.

App is filled with bugs. Forexample, the field where you are suppose to set a fixed price does not work. Many errors when enabling listing on Ebay. Furthermore, the app cannot manage currencies and VAT properly.
We are currently paying the "Elite plan" of Codisto. We regret deeply having chosen Codisto as our solution for connecting our Shopify Store with our eBay and Amazon marketplaces. Among many issues:
- They have tried twice to charge us 1% ouf our sales, even though given our plan, they shouldn't be charging us anything. They also asked several times access to our store to accept that payment and promising to refund it afterwards, something we find quite unprofessional and suspicious.
- Codisto deleted all the images in most of our eBay listings. We had to code our own solution to solve it.
- We lost money because there was a bug in their currencies conversion. They admitted the bug, yet they did not refunded us anything from the loses caused by their own application.
Had to migrate over to connect after codisto was discontinued. The negative reviews were spot on. My steady Amazon sales are gone. Most of my listings went to error and are now inactive. It's a complete guessing game how to correct. Hours with chat and on phone with Customer service. Got brushed off by service tech. Said I needed to escalate my issue to another department and I would be contacted via email and call within 24 hours. Neither happened. Marketplace Connect is not easy and not for people without extensive training. Even the Techs at Connect can't get my Shopify listings to connect to Amazon
We initially had some teething troubles using Codisto but these were resolved over time and the app was working great for us, our listings on eBay were listed without issue. This morning I have tried to list on eBay and everything has changed for the worse, I now do not have a clear process to list my items on eBay, the functionality is substandard to that which was in Codisto. Filtering is a joke. Why move us over to a new tool and give us less functionality than we had. This is now going to take me orders of magnitude longer to list items. I contacted Shopify support and they have not been helpful at all, very disappointed in the whole experience.
