It does not respect inventory rules or quantity. I keep getting orders for items that have been sold out or that are in locations that do not support online store selling. I have tried getting a solution from their support team and have waited for 3 months for a solution and they have stopped replying to me. I am a software engineer and understand why the inventory system is failing, and have explained to them in detail the use cases how to fix this. They have yet to get back to me since January. @Shopify can you find a better partner to fulfill marketplace connections or develop it yourselves?

I have had the app in my shop and linked to Ebay for two days. My shop has been around for 2 years. As of today, my shop is blocked! I have not yet received a reply from support. I cannot recommend this app.

Works ok for ebay. Absolute garbage for amazon. Screwed up all of our amazon listings, messed up our product names on amazon, etc. Support harassed me to remove my initial negative review, saying they would help sort out the issues. They never sorted out the issues so negative review is back up now. Not recommended for amazon.

Despite working on my Amazon listings for six months, the majority of listings are still not formatting correctly. I have wasted £30 listing fees with amazon every month, plus countless days of my time trying to sort this issue out with the Marketplace connect team. As they have not been able to fix this issue, I will be removing all of my products as the listings look totally unprofessional. A total waste of my time and money.

This app does not work, and very very slow app. I tried to list on amazon and Walmart it will not list. Will not link eather errors errors and errors.

This app is horrible!! Its soooo slow and the statuses don't make any sense. The guide to the statuses is not in sync with what you see and they are far from specific. There is no clear update/insert/edit settings to manage how to push the changes. Less than 10% of my listings got posted and created a lot of errors, the most annoying one being, it pushes product variants as seperate listings without the variant info, so now if i have a tshirt in 5 sizes, there's 5 listings instead of 1 with size options and the size options isn't even mentioned on the listings, so I guess the shopper is just supposed to guess? This really sucks! I want my money back.

Thank you for leaving a review and sorry to hear you had a poor experience. If we may offer some comments that may help:

Amazon do not allow creation of variation listings if the data contained in the variation products inside Shopify is inconsistent e.g. Brand has different values. To fix you need to cleanse the data in Shopify first then relist.

Amazon will return errors if the product data in Shopify isn't sufficient to create listings e.g. missing UPC/EAN data.

We believe the statuses are logical and correctly reflect Amazon sync status. Your report of slowness is surprising to hear about - it's very rare for us to receive this kind of feedback.

Having said all this, it's our job to make you easily understand how to use the product and feel comfortable doing so and unfortunately your experience suggests we failed this time in that regard. We will review our in app messaging, support responses and help articles in order to meet our commitment of constantly improving our communication and product feedback.

Apologies we weren't able to meet your expectations this time.

Works okay for Walmart, absolutely horrible for Ebay. Support is terrible. We'll be looking for something else. And no, they did not fix it for us.

I first used this system back in 2020 and it was fantastic.

I stopped using it and then tried to use it again now (2/22/24), it is the worst application I've ever used in my life. I'm not exaggerating. There are no clear detailed instructions. Nor can you even find answers to simple questions like what does it mean when the offer status is "missing". How can anyone use a system when you can't even understand what the information on the user panel means?!

Also in a 16 hour period, I had to clear my cache and cookie history TWICE. That still didn't solve it so they then had me go into a system administrator panel that no lay person should ever have to go to.

The system created 216 listings with zero price and their explanation was that I have price sync turn off. Which I do as I use an autopricer. Well it seems that their system them creates the listings with no price!

I'm literally shaking and have a migraine from trying to use this system for the past 48 hours.

Don't do this to yourself!! Use anything else!!

Since Shopify has taken this over, they've destroyed the app and any work you've previously done. I had all of my settings correct and everything was working fine for months without touching it.

When Shopify took this over, here's a few things that have happened.

- It disconnected from Amazon without notifying me. Meaning that no orders were flowing causing late shipments. I almost lost my Amazon store over this.
- All of my settings were changed. So all of my custom titles, descriptions, etc. on Amazon were wiped out and overwritten with what's on Shopify.
- My rankings fell out of the sky because of the second bullet point.
- The app just stopped working and loading. It's like their API to pull in the information just broke.

The developers working on this are destroying people's stores.

We've come across a critical error with Amazon listings that the team here is having issues identifying and resolving. They have acknowledged the issues in their software. They are actively working on it, but the last issue we reported has gone unresolved after 2 months.

We are starting to question the technical aptitude of the team, but if something changes, we will update this review.
