Amazon - The Stock doesn't sync correctly, Prices don't sync correctly, and after 4 hours of support, they have got no where and have no idea what is wrong with their own app and we have run out of time. I believe the App is no longer fit for purpose, and now looking for an alternative.
The first time I used this app it corrupted my 800 eBay listings. I had to delete all of them and relisted them. I decided to try it again for Amazon. It caused every product to over sell. I even got orders for items I have been out of stock on for a while now.
I don't know if it is USER error or not but I can tell you this...

The most complicated thing i have ever come across. Also they are not available 24/7 for support, and when they are it has to be done over emails, or you need to install another software for chat (on their working hours) so trying to figure out how to set it up could take a while. Listing on Amazon/eBay requires a different mindset compared to listing on your own ...
Switched to Codisto when the eBay integration app ceased.
Day 1:
Linked existing listings. This reset all of my eBay prices to my lower website prices - a few eBay customers got a bargain. Not a big deal. Then I tried to update the prices: didn't work. Contact support. Support said 'Oh, there's a problem with linking listings from eBay sometimes, let me unlink them and you can link them again'. ...
I had over 2000 sku live on Walmart using the Walmart app supplied by Walmart. I switched to this app and now I have lost over 1000 live sku listings and support takes 12 hours to ask me a question to follow up and then I answer the question and 12 hours later they ask a follow up question. This app has cost me my Walmart sales. Going to try a different app.
Nice idea but it simply doesn't work. Looks like Shopify have bought an app and haven't done any work on integration. Could be great but needs a complete redesign and massively simplifying.
I am leaving one star because the customer service team was attentive and kind, and tried to help. I would really proceed with caution if using Codisto. Three edits to list a product is too long. It took me all day just to list two products, which did not list correctly after all. If this worked than I would leave a great review however since I'm having the hardest time just getting everything to link up without this nice "AUTH FAIL" message I keep getting. So, no I do not recommend, it's been a waste of my day because that's how long I've been trying to set this up, with the directions given.
