Very helpful in solving an issue on Etsy for a product. Shopify Marketplace are fantastic at resolving all issues across platforms.
Great customer service!
I tried to connect to our etsy store. That app is really hard to understand, I'd say impossible. Terrible interface. Random products were exported and I could not get to the bottom why these. Bulk editing does not work. Filtering products does not really work. All in all I had to delete the app cause it was making my life harder instead of easier.

100% trash, does not work even after I generate new Walmart client ID and client secret. Called support and is no help either.

2 issues now:
1) Etsy "Fixed Quantity" option is completely broken. it will not automatically update stock in Etsy to the fixed quantity set - you have to manually go in & tell it a different number each time you want it to update your Etsy stock. This has caused me to run out of stock 3 times now & potentially lose out on sales as a result. I've contacted customer support twice now, both of which said no issue was found & explained to me that the Etsy quantity count should indeed be automatically updating (when it is clearly not). Quite disappointed but unfortunately I don't have a better option.
2) The weight and dimensions typed for etsy integration are NOT synced to etsy as you would expect, resulting in inflated calculated shipping costs. for the sake of time savings, either you as a seller have two options - go into the old listing tool for EVERY listing and manually type in your weight and dimensions, OR change the profile to fixed to ignore weight and dimensions for shipping costs.
This took hours to determine both issues and figure out that it's a syncing issue between the apps, and customer service can do NOTHING to fix it after YOU fix the problem yourself. Meaning they have no logging and no way to debug the issue themselves, proving that they have no true dev support to maintain or fix the issues you have.
Absolutely appalled at this and unfortunately, regardless of the issues, I have no choice but to use this due to no other apps on the market that accomplish this.

Worst customer service.
A representitive name Noel lied and tried to gaslight me.
We chose to do a price increase on Amazon in order to offset the Amazon fees. The app published the products in the original Shopify price. When I contacted customer service, they said tha the price the app sent was correct.
I send them screenshot showing that the price was wrong.
He wrote "One thing for sure is that the App sends the information/details to your Amazon Seller Central with the correct Prices. "
That was a LIE as the screenshot shows it did not.
Received AMAZING help today from Rain S. Went above and beyond. Got on a Google Meet with me and everything to share screens and address a lot of my confusions. VERY pleased.
