Very helpful and detailed. Guide me through each step
Dale was very professional
Complete Garbage for Ebay, very little documentation, descriptions and images get overwritten by Shopify description and images. Very buggy with virtually no support. Shopify support does not help you, yo have to email marketplace connect and they take at least 1 week to answer an email IF they even respond. For Amazon it works great. For Ebay it is complete trash. Wasted 4 days of my life with this mess of an app!

Poor customer service response times, doesn't want to help you resolve the issue. Same issue unresolved for a week now.
Works well and they actually have a human there to support any technical challenges which is refreshing (not an automated bot)

Jae was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is a great app and the customer service is quick and always helpful
The app continued to push product to online marketplaces even after we archived Shopify listings and manually shut the links down. We had to cancel multiple orders because of it.
Marketplace Connect is great for connecting to Walmart Seller Central-and they have fantastic customer support people. Mark is awesome!
