Great customer service. Jason has been very helpful in helping me out. I was having some synching issues and I got the problem fixed rather quickly.

Spent 2 hours on chat to find out why the app dropped my prices on ebay without me making any changes to the settings, consequently I am out of pocket by about 250 euros due to sales taking place at the reduced prices. And they say they cannot see why it happened but it must be beacuse I instructed the app to do it, when I had not even been on the app.
