Spent 2 hours on chat to find out why the app dropped my prices on ebay without me making any changes to the settings, consequently I am out of pocket by about 250 euros due to sales taking place at the reduced prices. And they say they cannot see why it happened but it must be beacuse I instructed the app to do it, when I had not even been on the app.

Very Bad App For Etsy Integrations. it doesnt have any options to put different descriptions , also it ruined all the keyword research on title because of no option to keep the titles different

I have been attempting to use this app for a couple of months now. Everything about it has been great unless you use Etsy.

I have emailed the support team dozens of times, just to be told they are aware of the bug and are trying to fix it, or they are passing it on to their support team. The connection to Etsy doesn't import any shipping information. I have no idea what speed a customer chose for shipping or how much they paid until I log into Etsy, and copy/paste that info into Marketplace Connect for our shipping folks. The app randomly resets all of my weights and dims to zero, which means the shipping amount shown to customers on Etsy is often $20-30 more than it should be because Etsy can't calculate it properly. Over 2 months we've lost thousands of dollars in sales because of this glitch. Only our repeat customers will bother to reach out and ask why so that we can explain and refund the shipping overcharge. The rest move on because who in their right mind would pay $30 to ship a $10 skein of yarn?

So if you don't use Etsy, you'll love the app. If you rely on Etsy for sales, find another app. This one is a nightmare.

The journey of listing on Amazon has presented its fair share of challenges. Recalling my experience with the earlier iteration of this application, formerly known as Codisto, which I utilized a few years ago to synchronize my secondary store with Amazon and eBay, the initial setup was remarkably user-friendly. The Codisto team, in that version, efficiently handled the configuration for my store, simplifying the entire process. The convenience of a straightforward setup, coupled with a manageable monthly fee, made for a seamless experience. Their proactive assistance during the platform setup was genuinely valued.

However, in the current version, the hands-on assistance that was once available has been replaced by a redirection to an extensive documentation resource. This transition places a higher demand on users to possess an advanced level of expertise to navigate and execute the setup successfully. Notably, the product listings exhibit notable shortcomings, including missing product photos and variants that fail to sync appropriately. This results in a confusing array of mixed-up images, where pictures from one item may mistakenly appear in an entirely unrelated product listing—such as finding ring images in a cushion listing, creating a perplexing and less-than-ideal situation.

Despite persistent efforts to understand and resolve these issues, the support received for other concerns has proven less fruitful. It appears that the support team may not be actively seeking new users, potentially hindering a smoother onboarding process. A more collaborative approach from the support team, providing assistance with the setup, could significantly contribute to user satisfaction and overall business success. Streamlining the setup process has the potential to increase user adoption, fostering a more prosperous ecosystem where successful businesses generate better income, ultimately leading to the app's success.

We really wanted to use this app for managing Amazon, Walmart etc, however unfortunately, despite our best efforts to configure this app properly and to reach out to Support a few times by chat, email etc, there has been no response and this app did not work for us. We wanted this to work and got commitments for a zoom walkthrough etc, however, no one ever returned our messages or emails and the interface and functionality really aren't where it needs to be.

After installing to address the removal walmart market place, the application took over my etsy store. After hours on support with shopify, marketplace was removed. Unfortunately, it has removed my ability to manage Etsy and all listings that have been in place for years. Even Etsy said they could not revert the changes.

Save yourself time/money and just manage the platforms directly.

Attention Etsy sellers! We advise you to avoid using this application, especially if you have a large Etsy catalog. It is important to note that this application does not fully integrate your Shopify store into Etsy. If you already have Etsy listings, this application will erase information that is not mapped, which can lead to the suspension of your Etsy store. Unfortunately, there is currently no solution to fix this issue. Therefore, we recommend using an alternative solution to avoid having to manually rebuild all your Etsy listings.

I have so many problems with this app I wouldn't know where to begin. If you are looking to link any amount of high volume to eBay I would not recommend this app. Put simply, it doesn't work. Constant upload issues, and recently products not being able to be uploaded to eBay at all are what made me decide to delete this app and try something new. I tried contacting support multiple times and I was essentially told that no one knew what the issue was and there's no way to fix it. Not a good solution for any business with more than 100 SKUs

Was hopping that now this was part of the Shopify family the app would improve they never mind taking the subscription fees but it’s very slow at loading. It has problems with categories, pictures and barcodes sinking between eBay and shopify. Customer services are quick to answer but have limited knowledge so it then takes many conversations backwards and forwards and we are still waiting for issues to be resolved.
