1st day. Harry was very helpful. It seems very user friendly so far. I had a little trouble with importing old orders so I should have created a cut off point to have prevented that.

I have used this app for 2 years. I have tried all other integration apps over this time and stayed with Codisto/ Marketplace connect. Recently, the apps performance and customer support has dramatically dropped. Customer service have been corrupted with the 'cut/ paste link' solution disease. It's got so bad that the generic links have nothing to do with my inquiry. This has prompted me to see if there are better solutions. There's nothing worse than your livlihood being in jeopardy and nobody available to explain what's happened or to offer an apology..

29-01-24
Situation is getting worse. I cannot access the app at all. It's now been over 2 months since the engineers have been working on listing malfunctions. There are now random lisintgs being duplicated.

1-2-24
A fix identified but no cause identified. Shopify Marketplace Connect are not willing to undo glitches; I will spend several hours clearing it up with no idea if it will happen again.

Syncing issues, ongoing, quantities do not update, out of stock items are bought and service metrics drop because items are unavailable.

Syncing issues - Ongoing, descriptions and variants are not updates as improvements are made - 07/02/24 - Syncing is an ongoing problem and you need to periodically ask (several times as the first request doesn't always work) to force an update. I would guess every week to be sure all systems are go.

05-02-24
App is still not accessible, I have no way of checking or changing listings. 7-02-24 App is now accessible.

14-02-24
Mapping is unreliable. A lot of syncing problems are solved by 'editing in grid' which is the manual entry. This will only effect businesses that have a large number of listings.

15-02-24
Random images are corrupted and there's no mechanism to let you know. If an item is not selling 1st check if the images have been corrupted.

27-02-24
Once Harryl catches on that things are not right, he will take over and have a positive impact, making you feel looked after and well supported.

Marketplace connect are still keen to develop their service.

10-06-24
Adrian was keen to provide easy, step by step instructions and followed up well, giving me confidence I was being looked after.

At first the app is a little hard to understand.. However if you have any questions support is always there! got my listings up and ruining. I have alot variants per item... so I had alot of questions... they answered all of them.. strongly recommenced !

We have tried several different solutions for pursuing additional sales channels with our Shopify catalog. This is BY FAR AND AWAY THE BEST ONE. First of all, it simply works, which is more than can be said for any of the other solutions we've tried. The support team member I was lucky enough to get connected to, Joachim, went above and beyond over the last few weeks to help with technical issues keeping us updated and ultimately fixing any and all questions and concerns we had. THANK YOU and keep up the good work!

Absolutely No Support. App is not functioning and they won't work to find out why. Please see the following 'support":

I've been using this app for for the last 9 months to manage by Amazon and eBay stores from shopify. Simply put, it's been an incredible tool to help simplify the management of my products on these marketplace specially given some of their complex requirements. Everything its done on the shopify platform which is nicely translated through codisto to the marketplaces. Very happy with the tool!

I will be using this app to sync my Shopify and eBay stores. I had a great first experience with a Codisto support person. He was a great listener and gave me just enough information to help me onboard with confidence.

Overall a decent app and an easier way to handle Ebay and Amazon products and orders vs Shopify's channel. What would make it closer to 5 stars is an option for individual product Price Control. We have some items that are our products and no other competitors, so control pricing from our store pricing is fine (and I LOVE that I can use a formula to adjust pricing from ours); yet other products have competition, so allowing Amazon's auto price control to keep the Buy Box is preferred. However, with the current setup, I can only turn price control on or off for the entire list of products.

This is a great app which helped us to easily connect our Amazon and eBay accounts to Shopify and handle all the orders and inventory changes. This app also has a feature for creating custom templates for eBay, which we can use the product images and the other Shopify attributes directly in the template. We can do it with Codisto Template Editor which is designed specifically for for this purpose.
