Resolved my issue within a week. This app is by far more useful than others ive tried with you no longer needing to have a corresponding shopify listing to link it to. It will just bring all your info over from Etsy and Ebay regardless and add it to the Orders list in Shopify. Really useful!
It saves a ton of time, and their customer service staff is incredibly helpful and encouraging. :)

Way to buggy for amazon, google and ebay. Take forever to figure out issues while we are loosing sales.

The supports are really helpful, but if the chatting won't be disconnected by change a menu, will be really improve the user experience. Overall, the app is great!

Overall good app. Some weird quirks in the UI. Support can be iffy at best. I have been told conflicting information from support often by the same support person in the same ticket! Also been sent random knowledgebase articles that do not pertain to my question.
Very professional team fix all my issue. Price for service, It's not so high. I am happy to work with this company.

Jason D was such a Huge help. I was planning on canceling my subscription when he let me know he will help and walk me through the steps on applying for my GTIN Exemption. This app is one of the most easiest app to use to import products from Shopify to ebay. Products can be uploaded in bulk very easily! It's very easy to give all products the same price increase or price decrease in a matter of seconds. Customer service is very helpful and they are available 24/7. This app works magic!
