I haven't finished up setting up, but this app is on eBay as an approved 3rd party provider (You can find the list going through eBay's website > Seller Center > Third Party Providers) so I am pretty comfortable working with them knowing that. The app works great and the customer service is excellent! My rep was Ronel and he was so professional and patient. He took his time and answered all of our question.

Great app to work with and the online Live Chat support is good too for basic help and set up...however if you require technical support escalation due to technical issues please be aware this could take weeks even months to sort out. I have raised 3 tickets over 3- 4 weeks and still awaiting a reply from them.

Thank you helpdesk support. They are quick on response and very helpful. They resolved my mapping issues I had with the ASIN and UPC.

Looks like a great app to replace the ebay app that is being delisted. Jason at Codisto was great in helping me set it up.

The Etsy integration has a lot of problems. I edited things directly on Etsy because there are many properties that can't be changed in the app. However, when it syncs, it just replaces everything I changed. If it was only a few changes overwritten, I could manage, but it's over half a dozen.

Tom was quick and responded with relevant information to our support question. The screenshots he provided made it very easy to find the app setting we were looking for.
