Excellent service. The support I received was prompt, knowledgeable, and resolved my issue efficiently. This level of customer service is greatly appreciated.
This app is highly recommended by me for anyone starting a new ecommerce store and need to post on other platforms, very easy to use and very affordable. I was assisted by a very nice person. Without their help I would be lost, thank you for all your help.
Support has been very patient and helpful as my company goes through a bit of restructuring on the backend. They worked with me step-by-step to get my listings properly connected to new products and unlinked from old products!

The app is not perfect and the UI isn't the prettiest but it is highly functional and their level of service is outstanding. Joy was wonderful to deal with and resolved issues quickly.
This app is awesome. Jae was great with assisting me with publishing my items to Walmart Marketplace. He is very knowledgably and was patience with me. My issue was resolved in addition to obtaining the know-how on how to troubleshoot this issue if it occurs again due to his expertise and knowledge regarding this issue.
Rain was very helpful with helping me locate my problem and then she fixed the problem for all my listings.
It was working perfectly fine until they changed us to a new plan without notice or authorization. Now they say we have outstanding charges and ended up closing our account due to that.
Now we have unhappy customers because of delays this has caused.
Find a different app. People at this one are shady.

A very easy app to use and the tech support team if you have any questions is here to help you resolve any issues that you may have.
I only used this app for a Walmart.com listing. I'm not sure how it performs for other marketplaces.
Here were my issues with Walmart:
1) The listing on Walmart was never the same as the product information on Shopify. I tried multiple times and ways to edit something as basic as the title showing up for the Walmart listing and even after chatting with support multiple times, I was unable to change the Walmart listing title or edit the description completely. The description was pretty much always a bit off
2) Marketplace Connect should see from my Shopify account that I'm shipping all my orders through Amazon MCF. It turns out that Walmart does not allow competitor carriers to be used so Marketplace Connect kept sending Walmart my shipping information and Walmart ignored it. Then they cancelled all my orders after all the products had already been delivered to customers and gave customers their money back. Marketplace Connect should have been able to warn me that the carrier I was using was not compatible with Walmart as Walmart has a list of carriers they can easily compare against.
