So far so good. The app works much better for us than CED Commerce & the support is 1000 times better! I've had support from Joy & Jae from Marketplace Connect - both delivered exceptional service & knew exactly what they were talking about. Very impressed!

You know it's funny we get asked to submit these positive reviews to represent the entire company when in reality we deal with individuals. For me, this individual was Jeff Avila who was an amazing help despite not being able to solve all the problems I had BEAUSE THEY WERE OUTSIDE OF HIS CONTROL AND INSTEAD WERE PART OF ANOTHER COMPANY. I emphasize this because it's easy to place blame on the first person we come across, when more often the situation is much more complicated. My problems didn't get fixed, but I do feel much better and much more confident that I'm heading down the correct path with an unrelated platform to get my issues addressed and that's all thanks to Jeff, and the team. Resolved my issue within a week. This app is by far more useful than others ive tried with you no longer needing to have a corresponding shopify listing to link it to. It will just bring all your info over from Etsy and Ebay regardless and add it to the Orders list in Shopify. Really useful!
