This app works and then doesn’t. It kept flipping my FBA listings to MCF and they couldn’t figure out why where all the settings were fine. Not good.

I have just started using this ap and it was recommended to me from a happy shopify user so I am hoping this does the trick! So far customer service has been great- They answer quickly. I will also add that the set up is very intuitive, something as a non tech person I really appreciated.

Etsy, Amazon, Ebay – non of it worked. Amazon gives an error. Etsy sync doesn't work properly and if you have over 400 listings it gets extreemely messy and impossible to set up (+with unsolvable errors here and there). Ebay – just forget about this mess with loads of errors. On top of that – it let's you sell only 50 products. This app doesn't worth the hustle.
Definitely the best app out there! While there are occasional glitches, the support team always resolves them within 24 hours. I use this app to manage thousands of orders every month, and it’s simply amazing. I’ve never had any issues with syncing orders or listing products to marketplaces. It processes new orders within minutes!
This app can take a bit of time to get used to and is slow to load, but it gets the job done. Support is excellent. Adrian successfully helped me out with a very specific issue that I was having.
After the first sync on tracking number failed, you can't re-sync. And there fore you lose that order and penalty on you.
Support is very bad and not willing to solve the problem. They only advise to change tracking and fulfill again, which I did. But they can't do anything about it.
