The app and support has been great. The interface is intuitive and connecting to marketplaces is a quick process.
5 stars because the interface is pretty nice, the support staff is commendable and supportive, and it gets the job done.
This app works and then doesn’t. It kept flipping my FBA listings to MCF and they couldn’t figure out why where all the settings were fine. Not good.

Etsy, Amazon, Ebay – non of it worked. Amazon gives an error. Etsy sync doesn't work properly and if you have over 400 listings it gets extreemely messy and impossible to set up (+with unsolvable errors here and there). Ebay – just forget about this mess with loads of errors. On top of that – it let's you sell only 50 products. This app doesn't worth the hustle.
I only use eBay and Etsy right now but eBay cross-listing has been the best thing ever. I REALLY hope that Codisto and Shopify are able to add more retailers like Poshmark, Mercari, Grailed etc... for us 2nd hand resellers. Overall the eBay app is FANTASTIC! This is the best Shopify-to-eBay listing tool I’ve found so far, especially for its mapping feature. The CX team is professional and provided excellent support via live chat with almost no waiting time.
Russ has been super helpful and patient with her support, would highly recommend this app for any user looking to sell products on different platform.

The support helped me a lot and was very patient with me. It seems they could fix the problem and did lot of manual changes for me so I don’t need to do.
I changed the star rates therefore.
Bulk orders dont work. Some tags I can set, other not. Support can´t give a solution. So I need to check every change I made in see if it works. Manually. And for half of the products I still didnt ...
Not worth it. The amount of time I spend talking with support because it's so buggy fully negates the benefits. I wish I'd just set each marketplace up seperately for all the issues that would have given me than using this terrible app.
