Do not install this app if syncing with Etsy. It will deactivate all your synced products and, in the unfortunate case of some poor souls I've found on Reddit, completely delete your products.

Additionally, the inventory that is synced with Etsy is the total inventory across all markets, not just the online market, or a market you separate out for Etsy.

This app should have been tested thoroughly before sending that email out to customers.

We acknowledge some teething issues when first launched but our team has made substantial strides in adapting to the intricacies of the Etsy marketplace. Duplication and deletion is now fully resolved.
In terms of inventory we have reached out to support and clarify the issue.

I had high hopes for this app. Codisto's stand-alone amazon app wasn't working for me (the category popup window wouldn't work) so I tried this one instead.

Amazon: Category and Product Type selection work, Item Type would only load the first few options. I've been working with support, but they won't acknowledge the problem, they just keep telling me to try different browsers (which I have)

Walmart: I can setup the listing, and it says "Publishing" but never publishes. There are no logs to see if there are errors, so I don't know whats going on. I reached out to support, they told me they escalated the ticket. thats it.

eBay: Can't select the product category. I haven't reached out to support on this one. I'm too fed up.

After days of fighting with this app on 3 different sales channels, I haven't been able to list even one product. Support was worthless.

Decided to give it a try, it's not working. Hard to connect marketplaces, hard to edit listings, hard to... do everything. Maybe it'll get better, but for now it consumes more time than you save.

Worst experience ever. It is not intuitive, very slow and should be free. We pay enough already and should not pay extra for features that should be built in.

this app absolutely sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so frustrated with this app that it is absolutely ridiculous. I've been on this computer trying to sync and configure everything and I'm severely not happy with this app. Reached out for help and no response, searching for a new app. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS APP!!!!!!!!! NOT WORTH IT.

Sadly it just didnt work. After connecting my etsy listings to my shopify listings I found all the connected etsy listings deactivated on etsy. I tried several times but each time the listings were deactivated on etsy. And not just once either. Once I'd given up on the app, uninstalled it and relisted my items, 10 minutes later they'd be deactivated again and I'd have to relist again! It took a while and 3 or 4 goes over half an hour before my etsy listings were finally back up again.

The app does not work. The customer service is not really any better either. The response I got was that it was a browser and/or internet issue. When I pressed further I was told it needed to be escalated. Don't waste your time on this app.

I was finally able to get the app working after I selected to add additional market places. I thought I was in the clear - instead I was met with the most unfriendly and unusable interface I've ever encountered with an app. Honestly navigating and utilizing the listing feature was more painful than getting the app to initially work. For shopify listed as the developer on this app is disappointing and honestly - they should be embarrassed to publish something this dreadful!

hard to manage.and it doesn't list products as fast as they say. requires an additional unknown information from ebay account...bad experience!
