I find the app difficult to use but support is stellar, they help you decipher everything patiently and get it running.

I had a few issues with my listings and Chloe was super helpful and responsive to get things up and running quickly!

Having previously owned InkFrog Open I experienced months of syncing delays and over two thousand bogus orders. It was a nightmare!!!

The Codisto Team had me up and running quickly and was with me every step of the way. Codisto works great. No issues! :) I recommend it highly.

although i am still not connected to amazon( amazon still checking my account for 7-10 days) the support received has been high quality and very fast installing me with huge confidence this was the right choice of software for Oscanna

So far so good! While we've found the UI quite unintuitive initially, I'm sympathetic that eBay likely isn't the easiest platform to integrate with, and Codisto does integrate with Shopify better than any apps I've used before. When I've been stuck on something during setup, the 24/7 support team has been helpful and super fast in tending to our query. Thanks guys!

9 Months trying to get this app to work. It's been hell.
5000 products missing.
eBay prices that don't match what I set the app to be.
Thousands of images missing.
Size & colour options are the wrong way around on many listings, so the colours aren't shown when selected.
Customer services, which used to be really good have gone downhill since Shopify acquired it - 16 days trying to get an issue sorted, with reply times of 24-30hrs.
It's recently been much quicker to use.... YAY ..... But nothing will actually save ..... spinny wheel of death.
It's working okay on Amazon at the mo, but I haven't been able to list anything to eBay for months.
Totally exacerbated, and I'm actually paying for this pain!

Great service and instant live chat where you can actually get some meaningful help unlike so many other apps. Worlds better than the previous eBay run app to sync sales from Shopify.
