Codisto is necessary and essential in running your store smoothly. Easy to use, clear options and the best part is the customer support. I was lucky enough to receive assistance from ICE. This individual was polite, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, patient, pro-active and extremely courteous. I learnt so much from the chat and all my questions were answered, I had so many questions. Thank you Codisto and thank you especially to ICE, you are the definition of top tier customer support--please give ICE a promotion, 10 stars and 2 thumbs up. Cheers to you. Update - I returned to the customer support chat because once again I had more questions, this time I tried to figure it out for myself for approximately an hour. I wasn't comprehending so I clicked the chat and yes and yes It was ICE again and I've never been so happy to see ICE, well technically speaking to speak with ICE. I don't even like the snow, I am a lover of the spring and summer but this ICE is groundbreaking to say the least, phenomenal service, another effortless walk-through, he provided snapshots with instructions highlighted to follow. I mean listen I would let ICE run my company any day, pays attention to detail and the single most efficient individual. I have been made a Codisto Cloud believer. Thank you again and I apologize for the dramatic tone but I am so happy with the flawless support I received from ICE, twice. Cheers again. Update: Genner was amazing and one of the first reps I ever spoke to when I became a seller. Genner is knowledgeable and kind. Also very empathetic and compassionate which is really nice. I love the Codisto team and I honestly view them like family. A family that keeps my business running smoothly. Thanks Genner, you rock!!

A spectacular app ever made. We just switched to the Shopify from Magento 2.0 and felt a big relief and the transition has been looked after by CodistoTeam which was truly amazing, especially Noel.
The business operation becomes so easy, automated and time saver. Now we can amend the product details, price, pics etc with both major marketplace eBay and Amazon directly from one page.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their API feed DOES NOT work with Google Merchant Center, don't listen to their lies. Google confirms their feed does not send "Target Country" or "Destination" details, which are required by Google Merchant Center. Wasted many hours talking to useless customer service (Arlie and Chloe) who know nothing and don't read the actual support requests, they just lazily copy and paste "help" articles which are useless and don't address the actual issues. We set up the feed exactly as their support documents describe, but the feeds don't work. Can use any other API app and it works fine. USELESS APP - STAY AWAY

One final amendment. The staff helping at Codisto is terrific. Keeping one point off since the niche I am in does not show all the details that can be entered on eBay and it is likely that the account is losing some sales due to that. There are a number of options to be filled out if on the site that help items to come up in search that simply aren't there in the software used by Codisto. Overall, once the system is learned it does what it is supposed to do.
Amending this from two to three stars. As soon as I left this review I received a phone call from a shift leader at Codisto. He offered to help me, which he just did through a teams meeting. He was able to see why I was so frustrated at the time it took to list anything and the fact that inventory levels were not updating from Shopify to eBay. He found a solution that he is still implementing. I am hopeful it will work and that I will be amending this higher. Their help, I must say, is very good. ------------------------------- I trialed this. I really wanted to like it. I switched to it from the soon to be retired eBay channel. The help is good so I didn't give it a 1, but the execution of the product not so much. Also, related to the help, they ask you to leave a five star review on the app store almost every time you interact with them so take all the highly rated reviews with a grain of salt. My items didn't pull into eBay correctly which means I was going through one by one to see if they were truly linked correctly or not. I figured one time issue and I could deal, but it would have cost me many hours of extra work. I had to end items on eBay and re-add them. Items are extremely slow to list from one platform to another. My final straw was seeing an item on eBay that I knew had sold previously that day. It had been five hours already and there was no update to inventory. I need something more responsive for inventory levels to avoid sell outs.
Ebay integration is buggy. Once you think it is working, inventory levels don't get updated for some reason as items sell. You find inventory quantity issues on your own but are left wondering what else isn't updating. Understaffed customer service. They need to be more responsive to sellers working with platforms like Amazon and Ebay which have little room for error for sellers.
Update: Now experiencing issues with Ebay integration and mapping. Chat hasn't solved the problem in over a week and can't seem to get in touch with a live person trained in their app.

I have been attempting to use this app for a couple of months now. Everything about it has been great unless you use Etsy.
I have emailed the support team dozens of times, just to be told they are aware of the bug and are trying to fix it, or they are passing it on to their support team. The connection to Etsy doesn't import any shipping information. I have no idea what speed a customer chose for shipping or how much they paid until I log into Etsy, and copy/paste that info into Marketplace Connect for our shipping folks. The app randomly resets all of my weights and dims to zero, which means the shipping amount shown to customers on Etsy is often $20-30 more than it should be because Etsy can't calculate it properly. Over 2 months we've lost thousands of dollars in sales because of this glitch. Only our repeat customers will bother to reach out and ask why so that we can explain and refund the shipping overcharge. The rest move on because who in their right mind would pay $30 to ship a $10 skein of yarn?
So if you don't use Etsy, you'll love the app. If you rely on Etsy for sales, find another app. This one is a nightmare.
Great apps. you need a couple of days to understand it all. Chat support is wonderful when you need help. Very quick to get the help you need!

Great app, and customer service is even better! I had just few problems in figuring out few things about syncronization and they've been super supportive. Problems solved super quickly. Very good!
Great app and amazing support! Mark was able to deliver exceptional customer support and was so helpful that he stayed until we found the solution to the issue we were facing with the shipping settings. Highly recommend this app if you sell on different marketplaces and the communication on live chat is great!
