I recently had an excellent experience with support team. They were incredibly helpful and resolved my issue quickly. From the moment I reached out, the response time was impressively fast.
I was exporting 7 of my products to my Etsy shop from my shopify store and I got in touch for some help because the process of the export was taking longer than it should.
I got in touch with 3 different advisors over a week time and they tried to help and told me me what to do and said it will work but, I could not get any success and so I tried to reach out again for help and thankfully I got Mary Grace.
Mary Grace was just amazing, professional, helpful and patient. She did her job properly.
Mary Grace notice exactly what I was saying i.e the process is taking too long which was over a week by now. Mary Grace did not do what her other work colleagues did by saying to me I must wait for the process to published.
Mary Grace grace saw it was taking long and did the necessary steps she was trained for and, that is she look on her end to see what is the issue and in no time she spotted what was wrong and solved the issue.
I just dont understand why the other 3 advisors could not see and do what Mary Grace did and, it is so frustrating to know I have to wait a week for the issue to solve. Everyday checking and looking that my products and they are all stuck on publishing and it is no fun but, a complete headache.
Mary Grace I just want to thank you so much for what you did for me. You are truly an amazing, hardworking, thoughtful and helpful person. I have no doubt you will continue to give such wonderful service.
Mary Grace has taken the time to wait for the completion to be finish and has continued to monitor the process for me and to let me know when the products are all exported.

I use Shopify Marketplace Connect to sync my inventory to Walmart, Amazon & eBay. It has done a fantastic job updating stock quantity and pricing updates preventing any unnecessary Out-Of-Stock sales. The ability to choose which platforms to sync with different pricing options is paramount.
Shopify rep Jae is the best rep they have in the company! Not in a hurry to get rid of you and go on to the next, but taking time to understand the problem and find a solution. Though the many faults of the app, Im staying because of his help.
Arlie and Dom were very knowledgeable and helpful, thank you for helping me reconnect to Etsy. The bulk edit function working great now!
I'm excited to see how we can transition our Target Plus catalog to the app. It looks pretty simple -- much more simple than the connecter we are currently using.
This app has enabled us to list at scale on eBay which we simply wouldn't be able to do otherwise. There's no magic bullet, you still have to populate some data elements for the listings from within Marketplace Connect, but it's so much more manageable when changes are synced across to eBay. A major bonus for when there are problems is the dedicated, knowledgeable support team within Shopify, with their own ticket system so you can contact them directly. For example when I recently had trouble working out some mappings, Mark L. saw the issue through to resolution and even fixed a related problem at the same time. Great work, thank you.

Great support when i had an issue today - Joy escalated and resolved this issue very quickly wgich is so important when communicating fulfilment times back to Amazon
