Die App funktioniert leider wohl nur bei kleinen Sortimenten. Die Synchronisation der bestehenden Ebay-Listings konnte bei mir trotz Eskalation des Support Tickets an die Entwicklerabteilung nicht durchgeführt werden. Ich habe 18 Tage auf eine Lösung gewartet.
Worst Expierience so far. App on phone is not useable. Plenty of errors while importing products to Stores. Hard to figure out what the problem is.
Randomly killed my Etsy Store last week. Lost all my listings and Ranks on Etsy. Since 1 week they keep telling me they trying to figure out what happend and the team is working on it. Nothing happens. I did lost a lot of money to them and also had to pay 0,20$ for any new listing i had to do without them. Support takes days to answer and you get these no sense answer that they are aware of the problem and trying to help.
If you dont wanna loose everything you build up, dont use this app. At least not for Etsy...
Support won't help at all, import is delayed by hours. The only answer we get from support is we have to much orders which isnt the case or they tell us orders aren't technically importing late if they show up within 24 hours. Looking into alternatives
UPDATE: MAY 7TH
STILL NO RESOLUTION. SUPPORT STOPPED RESPONDING ENTIRELY. THEIR ONLY SUGGESTION THIS ENTIRE TIME HAS BEEN TO PRINT LABELS THROUGH THE THIRD PARTY PLATFORM. THAT IS NOT A FIX. THE CASE WAS SUPPOSEDLY ESCALATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM AND WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING. NO UPDATES, NO TIMELINE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY. IT IS CLEAR THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
Mariel R. walked me through my 'issues' like they were beside me holding my hand, and I cannot express enough gratitude for this. As something as simple as connecting ebay orders without linking products I was struggling with. Live support was quick when AI support did have the right answers.
This app makes selling items from your Shopify store to eBay a breeze. The best part though is the Live customer service. All customer service agents we have dealt with have been excellent in communication & solving any issues.
An easy application to use and sync products to your Marketplace account. We use this to link our shop to a multi-brand eBay account and all is working perfectly. Mark M was extremely helpful in providing information around eBay listings and how to deal with refunds/returns from that platform. 5 star customer service. Highly recommend!
Amazon app... amazing customer service. First day in and I needed to make sure my prices synced successfully between my shopify store and Amazon. Dale did the perfect job of teaching me what I should look out for and how to change it as per my needs. Nice one!
Had an issue sending eBay listings Active and Mark got things working - Great Stuff
We are so disappointed with this app, it really is unfit for purpose. Our prices were replicating from Shopify to Ebay in the thousands, the inventory amounts were incorrect and there were duplicate variations, even though the SKUs and sizes were the same. Dina had to individually sync each product back to Ebay to try to get it to show the correct price/inventory quantity. However, over the weekend, we sold a product on Ebay that isn't in stock in Shopify because all of our inventory quantities have reset themselves to 100 in Ebay.
Marketplace Connect tell us that eBay has a policy that limits the maximum quantity shown on a listing to 99 or 100 units, even if our Shopify stock is higher. However our stock is LOWER than 100 and it is still showing as 100!
After giving them several chances to resolve or explain these problems, we won't be continuing with this app. We were trialling the Ebay connection before we used it for Amazon, where we have many more orders. We don't have much confidence in it sadly, and knowing how difficult Amazon can be, we just can't risk it.
