Defiantly install this app before you create your products on Amazon or other marketplaces if you have not already done so. It makes creating listings so much easier than going through for example AMZ marketplace app.
Customer service reached out to me shortly after we installed the app and asked if we needed help onboarding or if we had any questions. I had lots and they scheduled a call and walked me through all of it.

Very patient and went above and beyond my simple questions. He has great probing and problem-solving skills.
