the app works great, and if you encounter something not set up properly, support is always extremely fantastic and prompt

Used for almost 12 months but uninstalled due to the insistence that “eBay” required customer details be deleted. This includes name, address, phone. Order tracking details, reviews that are left. Also means the customer can’t be merged and makes keeping track of repeat business impossible as well as trying to find orders to assist with warranties and follow up. If you value record keeping avoid this app.

Initially functioned well but then realised that it reset almost every product in my ebay store to category "other". I have over 1,000 products and my visits on ebay dropped to virtually zero. Took some time and hair pulling to get everything sorted again using the bulk editor in Marketplace but there are still a lot of missing parameters between the two - expect to invest some time afterwards. The shipping and stock control aspects seem to be working fine.

be aware that this app can completly mess up your existing ebay store as it has with ours, we have lost images, store categories, sku's and our all our item specifics which has completly ruined our busy ebay store which is now making zero sales. What a mess, have asked for help but nothing they haveadvised has been able to sort this out. What a mess we are really upset about this as our ebay store has been running for 25 years now all our hard work is lost just because we used this app. Avoid !!!

Use of this app is a nightmere. Sometimes it does not sync and does not give any eplanation about why that happen.

With the help of their support, I finally figured the integration between Shopify and Walmart. I had most the integration set but needed a little more help and they were there to help me.

Excellent app. have been using it for a while now and makes life so much easier and reduces my admin time. Easy to set up and connect to ebay and orders flow seamlessly to shopify and to my shipping provider. I needed help from support when I made a change to my store that caused an issue in ebay and Carlos helped me out, working through my problem until we found what the cause was and I was able to resolve it.
