Currently syncing 3 marketplaces, working on the 4th.
The experience varies a bit from marketplace to marketplace but, overall the app seems to be doing what it's supposed to.
4 stars vs 5 because, in a few short months, I've had to open at least two support tickets for odd glitches (bulk templating not working in Target, inventory sync switched to 'off' in Amazon) that cannot be explained. Needless to say, it makes me jittery: inventory sync problems across platforms are a serious concern. Hoping the team improves the app over time.
This app can take a bit of time to get used to and is slow to load, but it gets the job done. Support is excellent. Adrian successfully helped me out with a very specific issue that I was having.
The app is absolutely brilliant and does its job perfectly without costing you a fortune or draining your wallet, which is such a refreshing change. While there are a few minor teething issues that you might come across here and there, the customer support experience more than makes up for it. In particular, Jeff Avila from support went above and beyond to help resolve any problems I encountered quickly and efficiently.
Great, but Walmart doesn't connect well with this App! You have to keep logging in and dealing with them directly!

Ich muss leider nachträglich einen Stern für die Performance abziehen. Also die App ist leider extrem langsam und es dauert teilweise ewig, bis man mal einen Artikel öffnen und bearbeiten kann. wenn alles eingerichtet ist, läuft es einwandfrei. aber wenn man mehrere artikel manuell bearbeiten muss, benötigt man mit der app unfassbar viel zeit. die performance muss verbessert werden.
perfekt! es funktioniert alles so, wie es soll... sicherlich wird man erstmal vor lauter informationen erschlagen, aber wenn man sich einmal eingearbeitet hat, funktioniert es einwandfrei!

Vorschlag. vllt ein paar mehr Templates zur auswahl stellen.. gerne auch in anderen sprachen.
It's a good app that does its job well but has a few limitations.
I was having issues with the images on eBay, and I wanted them to be different from the ones on the website. The customer service here to work out a solution was fantastic. I gave back a star for this resolution and the customer service.
I now only have one issue I am not happy with: the template solution wouldn't work for me, and a working HTML description editor would be the only solution. It's a 5-star app with that fix.
- The HTML structure doesn't work; I previously had individually set up product descriptions for eBay, but they don't work using this app, so the code breaks.
- You can't edit any product information on eBay as the Shopify Marketplace App will overwrite it. You can adjust policies on eBay.
I want a toggle option to be inputted to either have eBay overwrite the product images or description; other than that, it should just be product SKU identifiers and various other product listing details.
Shopify connect is a great fit for smaller retailers or if you have a smaller product range, larger product ranges might have some teething issues and you might have to work hard to get through them with their support team, but at its core it is a very effective tool for managing your listings and does have some clever tricks that other apps have yet to figure out how to achieve.

They offer great support however the categories are quite confusing to setup and attributes are not exactly similar to Amazon. It would help if there was a detailed guide or info bullets. Also preset values would be of great help. You will need some assistance if you want to sync products to Amazon. The app does publishes faster than if you would directly publish on Amazon.
I am still learning. I am trying ot connect with Wal mart and it like crazy. I have all the information but some reason it is not doing nothing. Even one of the shopify agent tried to help and still nothing. I do not understand lol.
