Customer service is great! Did a good job of explaining things and then when I asked to schedule a call to talk through some issues, they scheduled one for the next day. They were also VERY helpful on the call.

This app makes it super simple to manage Amazon products. Customer service is also very helpful to resolve issues.

Shopify Marketplace Connect app is truly amazing! It allows me to manage multiple marketplaces from one place, saving me a lot of time and effort. The order management and inventory sync features were especially helpful. I was also impressed by the fast response and resolution from their support team whenever an issue arose. I think this app is a must-have for online sellers. Highly recommend!!

We have used several different "connectors" and system over the past three years and they all have their positives and negative, at the end of the day you have to pick what you are willing to overlook. But the customer service here has been above and beyond any of the other systems we have used!
