I absolutely love the orders interface. For us, eBay is a huge part of our business. This makes tracking all of our orders and customers in one place. Just one click of import and the order is in your Shopify. The customer service is impressive too. We had an issue and it was resolved in minutes with a clear and concise email. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Mapping products for Amazon is always difficult but the App allows you to do almost anything and the customer service is really special.

Excellent customer service! There is a person named Dale, and he went above and beyond to help me find the feature I was looking for.
I installed the "Marketplace Connect" a few days ago and it does everything it said it would - Tech assistant "JOY" patiently and knowledgeably help with the onboarding as it was the first time I ever "mapped" products - I have 2 amazon stores - USA and CA. I didn't get all the products correctly mapped at first but JOY came back a few days later as orders came in and helped sort it out. Customer service has been great - I sure hope they don't go to "text" only support - I prefer to speak with a live person rather then type. Thanks Joy for your assistance!
