User friendly app and great support when you need it. I wanted to use this app to copy new lines from my Shopify store to my Etsy but only wanted to select the newer lines from the collection. Mark from Marketplace Connect gave great support to help me do this, after a 20 min call I felt completely confident in using the app. It is saving me so much time now I no longer set these products up on Etsy manually.
We worked with Support Specialist Dom for our Marketplace Connect onboarding, and he was exceptional. We have a lot of variant SKU's that were not cooperating with us. Dom to the rescue! He was responsive, proactive, and got to the root of our challenges in record time. You couldn't ask for better customer support. After we worked through this hurdle, it seems the rest of the process is very straightforward and intuitive. Highly recommend their services!!!
Jeff Avila provided outstanding support in helping me unlink the rest of my products on Amazon. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient, ensuring everything was resolved seamlessly. Its the reason why I left Big Commerce to follow this app to Shopify. Its so easy to use and and simple intuitive bit like using an Excel Spreadsheet for an idiot. So simple to all the other systems I have tried. Cant recommend enough

I don't like leaving negative reviews, ever, but this app has been nothing but trouble.
It didn't sync my products with eBay properly, which was sorted after dealing with their support team. But then, without warning or a notification, it overrode my shipping information TWICE, even after I added them to the app AND eBay, leading to customers getting free delivery for large parcels where they shouldn't have (with my business covering the costs and therefore losing money on the sales). When speaking to support, they essentially blamed me, saying I didn't input info correctly - not sure why I'd manually select ~20 of 250 products to have shipping costs, rather than ticking "select all"...
They oversold one of my products, (it was out of stock on my website, but it was sold on eBay anyway) which I had to source with no notice so I didn't let down a new customer.
The fees are not clear and certain members of the support team were rude and extremely unhelpful, when I tried to resolve the issues and move forwards.
Worst of all, they refused to reimburse any of the additional costs I'd incurred and blamed me for the issues I faced.
I've spent so long on this app and these issues, it would have been easier, less stress & less cost to my small business if I'd manually uploaded everything to eBay - which I will be doing from now on.

The app worked really well for us initially, but we ran into a major issue when all of our Etsy listings were suddenly deactivated without warning. It took four days of back-and-forth with support to finally be told it was due to a SKU-to-Etsy ID mapping issue — something we had never changed or touched ourselves.
While the support team were polite and tried to help, the issue should have been escalated much sooner. We lost valuable time and sales while waiting for a proper explanation. In the end, we had to uninstall and reinstall the app just to get our listings live again.
This experience was frustrating and stressful, especially for a small business relying on consistent visibility. If you're using the app, keep an eye on your listings and be aware that any sudden change might be related to hidden mapping settings or renewal of the app. A quicker response and clearer guidance would have made a big difference.

The experience varies a bit from marketplace to marketplace but, overall the app seems to be doing what it's supposed to.
4 stars vs 5 because, in a few short months, I've had to open at least two support tickets for odd glitches (bulk templating not working in Target, inventory sync switched to 'off' in Amazon) that cannot be explained. Needless to say, it makes me jittery: inventory sync problems across platforms are a serious concern. Hoping the team improves the app over time.
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Rep Joy from Shopify Marketplace Connect, and I cannot say enough about how incredible she is! Joy is not only extremely knowledgeable and talented, but she is also such a delight to work with.
My account had been stuck for months due to countless listing errors that I just couldn’t seem to resolve. I even hired a freelancer over a month ago who claimed to be an expert in product listings and error corrections, but unfortunately, the problems persisted.
After feeling completely frustrated, I finally reached out to Shopify Marketplace Connect, and that’s when Joy stepped in and worked her magic! In no time at all, she identified and corrected every single issue with ease. It was truly impressive to see how quickly and professionally she handled everything.
Thanks to Joy, my account is now fully functional, and my products are listed correctly. I’m beyond grateful for her expertise and efficiency. If you ever need support, I highly recommend asking for Joy—she’s an absolute superstar!

Their customer support is diabolical. At this point i don't know if they're trolling customers or hire infants. They will contradict, they'll make you wait forever between responses and most replies will infuriate you with its lack of understanding the matter or their own app functionality. I WISH WE COULD RATE THEM -10.

Your app gets worse and worse day by day. Live-chat support takes hours to say a simple "hello" and the app is so littered w/ bugs it is scary. We are starting to regret using your app and migrating to another app is a large undertaking when dealing with 35K skus. You're owned by Shopify — why isn't Shopify fixing these issues?
**ORIGINAL REVIEW**
You'll be told that their connections working fine until you start facing show-stopper errors. You'll also be told that you'll always have 24/7 live-agent chat support until you do NOT. Here we are 2 days in a row trying their live-chat and there are NO live agents at all. And they aren't responding on the 'submit message' emails for now two days. We did not expect such unprofessional treatment from Shopify.

We have been using this app for over 12 months and it works great. Easy to use/set up with Shopify and support is amazing! You are able to talk to a HUMAN within seconds. Shout out to Jeff who helped us today!
